PsychoSocial Planet is a podcast about psychological and sociological phenomena which offers listeners practical information. It's divided into 4 sections which are each about 10 mins long. The first is psychological, where I explain psychological disorders ranging from de ja vu to Tourettes syndrome. The next is about sociological occurrences, such as why people buy into conspiracy theories, and the benefit it can sometimes have for society. The next section is on practical advice where I offer suggestions on what to do in difficult situations, such as if you think someone is suicidal or suffering from addiction. The last is an open Q&A where I answer questions sent in. Every few episodes I intend to interview someone with a relevant interesting story to tell.
