Hi beautiful souls! For anyone looking to not feel so alone with struggling /overcoming mental health challenges, I would like to present Happy Healthy Healing. A safe space to feel valued, validated, inspired, supported and even potentially elevated… learning from mine and others’ past mistakes, victories and helpful techniques learned from a combination of research, working with licensed professionals over years, and experimenting with trial and error. Life is hard in general. Add to that the added challenges of experiencing neurodivergency or having neurodivergent loved ones… life can feel impossible. Let’s help support one another to not feel so isolated, to share ideas, life advice and encouragement, and to help de-stigmatize mental health struggles!
