Okay I know this is a big call but this is a must listen for anyone wanting to boost their self confidence or unconditional self love.

I've shared on Instagram & Tiktok in the past about my 'rules' i've set over the years like not allowing myself to wear sleeveless tops in fear of showing my arms or crop tops in the gym and so many people responded & replied relating. TOO MANY if you ask me. I wanted to expand on this topic and give a 3 step process as to how to work through and overcome this. I've been there, It can be debilitating, but i've also found myself on the other side now - andtrust me when I say this, it is worth the work!
