dramatically"},{"startTime":451.14,"endTime":456.14,"body":"escalating from the 1970s,"},{"startTime":456.55,"endTime":459.91,"body":"the enforced celibacy of men in prisons"},{"startTime":459.91,"endTime":464.91,"body":"was identified as, increasingly"},{"startTime":459.91,"endTime":464.91,"body":"identified as form"},{"startTime":503.49,"endTime":507.96,"body":"of cruel and unusual"},{"startTime":503.49,"endTime":507.96,"body":"punishment, like torture."},{"startTime":507.96,"endTime":511.87,"body":"So called conjugal"},{"startTime":507.96,"endTime":511.87,"body":"visitation rights were framed"},{"startTime":511.87,"endTime":516.87,"body":"as essential if society
