resources"},{"startTime":323.16,"endTime":327.63,"body":"have been vital in supplying"},{"startTime":323.16,"endTime":327.63,"body":"other European countries,"},{"startTime":327.63,"endTime":329.37,"body":"particularly Germany."},{"startTime":329.37,"endTime":332.16,"body":"And the blockade of Russian trade"},{"startTime":332.16,"endTime":334.59,"body":"with retaliatory measures led,"},{"startTime":334.59,"endTime":337.41,"body":"it's been the major"},{"startTime":334.59,"endTime":337.41,"body":"factor and a massive hike"},{"startTime":337.41,"endTime":342.063,"body":"in energy prices which"},{"startTime":337.41,"endTime":342.063,"body":"we're all suffering from."},{"startTime":343.053,"endTime":345.15,"body":"There've been some small successes"},{"startTime":345.15,"endTime":350.15,"body":"in negotiating resumption of grain"},{"startTime":351.09,"endTime":352.59,"body":"and food exports from Ukraine."},{"startTime":352.59,"endTime":355.23,"body":"But the situation is"},{"startTime":352.59,"endTime":355.23,"body":"still particularly bad."},{"startTime":355.23,"endTime":360.23,"body":"And it's quite clear that food"},{"startTime":355.23,"endTime":360.23,"body":"is using gas and oil supplies"},{"startTime":360.84,"endTime":364.95,"body":"as a weapon in order to try and persuade"},{"startTime":364.95,"endTime":367.479,"body":"the countries which depend heavily"},{"startTime":367.479,"endTime":372.3,"body":"on Russian energy supplies"},{"startTime":367.479,"endTime":372.3,"body":"to put pressure on Ukrainians"},{"startTime":372.3,"endTime":374.103,"body":"to come to negotiate a settlement."},{"startTime":374.94,"endTime":376.83,"body":"NATO countries, especially Germany,"},{"startTime":376.83,"endTime":379.89,"body":"have been forced to reexamine"},{"startTime":376.83,"endTime":379.89,"body":"their defense policies,"},{"startTime":379.89,"endTime":382.203,"body":"increase their expenditure on also it's pretty indiscriminate."},{"startTime":402.63,"endTime":406.71,"body":"They're not the kind of"},{"startTime":402.63,"endTime":406.71,"body":"veterans and experienced troops"},{"startTime":406.71,"endTime":409.35,"body":"that is sometimes been claimed"},{"startTime":409.35,"endTime":411.783,"body":"by Russian state controlled media."},{"startTime":412.74,"endTime":416.673,"body":"So how effective the call"},{"startTime":412.74,"endTime":416.673,"body":"out remains to be
