clubbed together with his neighbors"},{"startTime":371.67,"endTime":373.29,"body":"to fit them on all their houses,"},{"startTime":373.29,"endTime":374.72,"body":"and he'd given up using a car last 2050, or so,"},{"startTime":416.22,"endTime":418.503,"body":"if we wanted to limit"},{"startTime":416.22,"endTime":418.503,"body":"warming to 1.5
