industrialization"},{"startTime":1036.867,"endTime":1040.19,"body":"was well underway,\""},{"startTime":1040.19,"endTime":1041.603,"body":"so around 1800."},{"startTime":1042.53,"endTime":1047.53,"body":"He argues that Europe was not"},{"startTime":1042.53,"endTime":1047.53,"body":"free of Malthusian pressures"},{"startTime":1048.56,"endTime":1051.6,"body":"any more than other large economies"},{"startTime":1052.73,"endTime":1054.743,"body":"before about divergence,"},{"startTime":1225.38,"endTime":1229.283,"body":"when England pulls ahead,"},{"startTime":1232.94,"endTime":1233.813,"body":"the yellow
