happened"},{"startTime":144.24,"endTime":147.813,"body":"in a matter of decades."},{"startTime":148.8,"endTime":152.67,"body":"And I want to quickly run my elbows are."},{"startTime":289.23,"endTime":290.61,"body":"The conventional wisdom is you need"},{"startTime":290.61,"endTime":292.983,"body":"to scoop up the votes with the liberal"},{"startTime":1635.75,"endTime":1640.55,"body":"market Washington consensus"},{"startTime":1640.55,"endTime":1642.68,"body":"had not delivered for people,"},{"startTime":1642.68,"endTime":1645.14,"body":"and where particularly"},{"startTime":1642.68,"endTime":1645.14,"body":"in Rust Belt communities"},{"startTime":1645.14,"endTime":1647.48,"body":"or in the northeast of England,"},{"startTime":1647.48,"endTime":1648.5,"body":"people are looking"},{"startTime":1648.5,"endTime":1652.07,"body":"for a different form"},{"startTime":1648.5,"endTime":1652.07,"body":"of industrial strategy,"},{"startTime":1652.07,"endTime":1653.6,"body":"a drive,"},{"startTime":1746.03,"endTime":1749.275,"body":"have led to an explosion"},{"startTime":1746.03,"endTime":1749.275,"body":"of public music
