originated this concept, have never"},{"startTime":278.852,"endTime":284.079,"body":"been that keen on impulsivity, whereas the Europeans have always put it in there well."},{"startTime":311.205,"endTime":316.005,"body":"They get distracted, they lose things, they're forgetful and uh, and all that sort bit of a pain, um, in many ways 'cause it"},{"startTime":364.125,"endTime":367.925,"body":"doesn't do justice to the full idea of A DHD, uh, in adult child or five out of nine, uh, it's an easier target to"},{"startTime":396.157,"endTime":400.73,"body":"meet for adults have five outta nine on each list, and it doesn't matter working that out and counting them."},{"startTime":602.465,"endTime":607.253,"body":"So it is diverse, and this is actually one of the problems, but I else, can feel devastating."},{"startTime":3260.965,"endTime":3268.855,"body":"A powerful, intense negative emotion, shame, fear, anxiety, even fury, um, following a perceived country."},{"startTime":3311.905,"endTime":3317.389,"body":"But, uh, claims are made that some 60% of people with, uh, that sort of"},{"startTime":3317.389,"endTime":3321.045,"body":"rejection sensitive dysphoria, um, can uh, be helped with ine."},{"startTime":3321.185,"endTime":3326.124,"body":"So now, you know, now there are plenty of people around in the A DHD"},{"startTime":3326.124,"endTime":3331.063,"body":"community, um, patients in in quotes who say this should be part of A DHD"},{"startTime":3331.063,"endTime":3334.685,"body":"because it is so unpleasant and so pervasive and so common."},{"startTime":3335.065,"endTime":3336.645,"body":"We don't know much about it, frankly."},{"startTime":3337.305,"endTime":3342.165,"body":"So I'm mentioning
