The Gresham Professor of Law, Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, opens a conference centred around the recently published United Nations investigtion into Human Rights abuse in North Korea. In this lecture, he introduces a video of the victims, witnesses and survivors of the atrocities. The video was created by Human Rights Watch.
