Alderman Professor Michael Mainelli leads a panel of experts in discussion of the issues raised at the Long Finanace Measuring Up Cities Conference.

The panel includes physicist Dr Hyejin Youn, Professor Tony Travers of LSE and Martin Houghton, an economice research consultant .
