Day 30: Embody Meraki {A Celebration of YOUR Essence meditation}
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
On this final guided meditation of this 30-day challenge, we embody the Greek word and way of being through Meraki: the practice of doing something with soul, creativity, and love, leaving a piece of yourself in everything you do. This short, heart-centered meditation invites you to offer kindness inward, acknowledge your uniqueness, and celebrate the qualities that make you who you are.
Whether you’ve been here since day one or are just joining, this practice is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner essence, so that you can share YOU with the world around you.
Set an intention to move forward with meraki, carrying your soul’s imprint into your daily life.

SPEAKER_00Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Scan, and we are on day 30 of this 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Congratulations for those of you who have been here since day one. You did it. And if you are just joining us, you can find all 30 days on the Meditation Drip podcast as well as the Kue Wiley Substack. So today's practice is a celebration of you. And we are going to use one of my all-time favorite words to be the guide for this meditation. The word is maraki. It's a Greek word that means to do something with soul, creativity, and with love. In essence, maraki is to leave a part of you, your soul essence, into anything and everything that you do. Let's go into meditation and embody maraki. Wrap your arms around yourself for this meditation. Give yourself a gentle hug. A few days ago in meditation, we sent someone else kindness, and today we do this for you. There is no one like you in this entire world. The way you see things, the way you do things, the way you speak, laugh, share, connect is what makes you you. Pause with me, close your eyes, take slow deep breaths, and acknowledge and celebrate your unique qualities and characteristics that make you you. So before you come out of meditation, let's set an intention to embrace Maraki, leaving a trace of your special soul essence into everything that you do. So much gratitude for you. Thank you for being a part of this 30-day meditation drip challenge. Stay tuned for much more coming from this podcast. Please message me, tell me about your experience, ask me for any requests, and you can also connect with me on my Instagram at Julie Scunn and of course on healwildly.com. Thank you, and I hope you have a beautiful day.
