All right. Welcome back to another episode of the Extreme Lifestyle Living Podcast. Now, this is the last episode of the fucking year. 2025 is officially done. I'm actually releasing this episode two days late. Just been super busy with everything and uh, you know, honestly, the first time in my entire career of being an online coach and this being my entire focus, I've taken time off. I had a few days off. It took four or five days completely off. Didn't talk to anybody outside of my family and being present with everyone. Didn't post on Instagram, didn't do any my client work. And honestly, it was just incredibly fucking hard to do. I felt so guilty. I felt like, you know, I should have been there for more people. And you know, it was just like, I, it's, it's a little bit of a tongue twist because. I genuinely love what I do. So having the kind of feeling of needing to take a step back is also just one of those things that you gotta conceptualize. Just healthy this name in the game, right? Being in in and just having the work life balance.'cause you know, the saying goes, I want to be able to stay working on my business, not working in it. That's the whole concept. When you create as an entrepreneur and you create your, uh, your business and you know, your freedom is, you know, the, the, the whole period of creating it is working on it. Uh, working in it, you know, creating it, but then as it comes to a point where you gotta work on it and then, you know, really divide the two because, you know, as much as I love what I do, too much of anything isn't great. You know, you know, too much of attracting your food isn't good. Too much of going to the gym, too much isn't good. You know, being obsessed with certain things isn't good. And you know, as much as I love what I do, taking a step back was absolute fucking euphoric, and it's fired me up. To do this last episode of the podcast and that's why I've been, I've been busy'cause I've been catching up on work, making sure the community and the clients are good and putting time and attention to other areas that aren't as time pressed. You know, making sure everyone was good for this Monday in terms of set up for workup programs, nutrition to get into the New Year's. Um, holidays, feeling their fucking best to wake up, um, January 1st. And, you know, after the post holidays, shenanigans, whatever they got into is gone. We can focus on using the rest of the week to lock the fuck in and start this time next week. Our absolute best it crush 2026. So today's episode is about a vision board. You know, it's about a vision goal setting. What are your dreams for 2026? And really creating a vision to articulate exactly what that looks like. Because the reason why that is important is because we're gonna break it down, but it's because it's structure, identity, and consistency. You know, what structure do we need to have for your vision and your goals to come to fruition for all of your dreams, your aspirations? What systems do we need? You know, do we need to schedule things? Do we need to have routines? Do we need to have habits that align with this type of, um, uh, goal that you're going after with it's a financial goal, a physical goal, a spiritual goal, a personal goal, whatever it may be. Because we want whatever our goals are, the end goal. Um, envision yourself this time next year, you know, the end of 2026, everything we're talking about, articulating and visioning. Comes through fruition. It's true. It came here. It's here in front of us. Who's, who is that person? Who are you becoming? What is the identity? You know, and who do you gotta become for that? So think of things that represent what you wanna be at your best. You know, things that remind you of what you want in terms of what you wanted. A life for motivation and inspiration. Not comparison or anything in that regard, but the identity of that person. Like who is it? What are they wearing? What are they doing? What are they feeling? What are they, you know, all those different things. And it may sound cheesy and honestly is one of those things that's super hard to wrap your head around that that's what we're kind of chatting about. But that's honestly how you create your life, you know? And then the rest of it comes down to consistency and you know how you get and show up long term. So the rest of the year you don't just have. January, you're a good month, and the rest of the, the 11 months of the year you fuck off. Or, you know, you, um, do it for a couple days and get discouraged or whatever it may be. Like, you know, how do we stay consistent? How do you show up long term? What are the habits we need to focus on those check marks and, you know, those reminders to make sure we get it all done. So the reason why, again, like I saying this is important is because if you fail. To, uh, yeah. If you fail to, uh, if you fail to prepare, you're prepared to fail. So this is us preparing for the year ahead doesn't mean that every single thing we think about or write down or like get in terms of like an actual vision board and like actually put whatever you wanna put on your vision board. Let's say you're actually creating one to put all this into play. Um, you know, you don't actually need to put every single thing you're thinking about. You know what I mean? You don't need to actually go crazy and like, you know, get two left. Um, like you don't have to do anything like, um, extravagant. But what I want you to do is gain like an idea as to where we're going this time next year. What are we building, what are we focusing on, you know? And what you can do is like with when you're actually doing the vision board is put things on there as these reminders. You know, and to break it down for the, the goals and the vision and, you know, creating this vision board and like having articulated, um, um, goals for this time next year to jump into it and start 2026, what you're feeling your best is, you know, the first pillar is health. What do you want your health to look like? You know, like what do your meal routines look like? What does your gym routine look like? What do your sleep habits look like? What are your, um, identity like? Who's your identity in terms of boundaries and managing your stress? Like, what do these things look like for you? You know, for me, I know that sleep hygiene. One big goal that I have this year is to get my sleep score a hundred percent. I use an ultra human ring. Um, they're kind of similar to Garmins and a couple other tracking things, I think like the Ora ring. Um, and it's great, you know, but my sleep is honestly one of the biggest things that affects me and I wanna work on that next year. Um, in 2026, I wanna be able to get like, you know, high 90 scores to get the best sleep that I can. Um, a meal. My training, I feel like are the best, but my, um, when it comes to boundaries and managing my stress, I want to spend more time outside of the business. So creating more of a system with work where I can have more time off to myself, guilt free, and nothing really, nothing's gonna change for anyone that I'm working with. It's just more so my mindset around it. And by doing that, I'm gonna be able to be more present with my friends and my family. And that's what I wanna focus on, is being a lot more present, um, with the people that I love. You know, and things like that. So that's stuff you can think about with health. And again, who is that type of person? Like, you know, do you, what type of words do you need? Is there affirmations? Is there photos that represent, uh, these, these versions of you? And it can be, it can be people you look up to. It can be influencers, it can be just people that you're inspired by. It can be an actor, whatever it may be. It can be a fictional character from a book, whatever it is. It's just the biggest thing is just making sure that you got that vision to always remind yourself of this goal and the, uh, for 2026 and then. The next one after that is, uh, wealth in your career. So wealth in your career could just be from a financial situation. It doesn't have to be gaining, you know, um, extra 20 grand in terms of your salary getting a pay raise or anything of that regard. I think having those goals are healthy, but again, sometimes only so much can change in a short period of time and years is a long time. But again, um, when we're talking about careers, when we're talking about, um, financial goals, we never want to set the expectation way too high. But I think it's very healthy to have some type of. Goal within reason as to what your next year gonna look like to get some type of gain in terms of the health and wealth category. And it could be from savings, just making sure you're not spending your money as stupidly, it could be. Um, investing into mentors. It can be investing in a c uh, certificate. It could be continued education, it could be self-help books. That's the thing with, uh, with wealth, you know, wealth is more, a lot more than just finances, you know, that's why they always say health is wealth, you know, same thing, right? So it could be all these things that are just investing into your better version of yourself. It could be taking up a new, uh, language like Spanish or French. Um, just something like in, in that regard for you to feel better. For me, it was really just, um, getting into things outside of the, the business. You know, all of my last five years of my life has been super consumed with, um, building the business, learning, um, business tactics, sales tactics, not tactics. I don't wanna make it seem that way. It makes it seem negative, but, um, just like the ways to manage the job and get it so, so, so abundant. Um, and I wanna, again, to help manage my. Work-life balance and being present within the job and working on the job. I want to be able to get into other things like, you know, um, like more things with my podcast and I would love to do a TED Talk one day. So with my, uh, my wealth, it's about bus building systems for my business to make sure that I can still financially gain and make money and invest in my future for me, and I'm gonna get married. You didn't have kids and, you know, buy a house one day. And, you know, obviously working for myself, there's a lot more stress for that. Um,'cause I have to create it so that, and then also to work on just my personal self with the podcast and get back into more mental health stuff and get my, um, uh, my podcast. Just more of a platform I love. Like I said, I'd love to do a TED talk and get into, um, not saying motivational speaking, but you know, keynote speaking, if that makes sense. You know, something similar to that. So that's what I use for, uh, wealth. Um, and then again, like who's identity, who do I gotta become for that? And the vision that I have to come to fruition?'cause that version of me is not who I am today. So that's how you find out that identity, right? And like you figure out who you are. And the third pillar is relationships, family and friends. You know, so like how do you create space for people that matter the most for you? Like quality time, working on boundaries, shared routines, you know, being present with, uh, with everyone. Like think about, you know, whether you gotta be more present with people and create more time for them and be more intentional with it. Or do you need to cut certain people out in your life and um, you know, like let go of certain people to protect your own energy. And you know, a lot of you guys that listen to my podcast, I know you guys are the type of people that are really trying to show up and change life for the better. And I love that because you guys are super ambitious. That's why the name of the podcast. For some of you that may not know is the extreme lifestyle of living. You know? So if you're willing to gamble on yourself and take all your ambition, your energy, and channel it into yourself and be the best version of yourself, you're living in an extreme lifestyle. So your extreme lifestyle living, because you're going against all lots, not only from your own self and challenging yourself, but like the world in life and the people around you challenging you and making you feel pressure from that standpoint too. So you really are. By even deciding to do it and staying consistent and staying in the arena, you are always gonna win. It's inevitable because you're going against all odds. You're living an extreme lifestyle. Um, so when it comes to relationship, friends and family, I know a lot of you guys need to, let's be, you know, you know. You know, again, going back to the identity thing, making sure you guys are the best versions of yourself, and sometimes protecting your energy and cutting certain people off. Sometimes that's just part of the course, you know what I mean? And, you know, thinking about it from long term, like how do you continue to sha show up over time, like that day, that daily effort, do weekly effort, the monthly effort, you know, the communication, you know, maybe like the, you know, what's the follow through, do you know what I mean? To stay consistent with it. And then the last pillar is, uh, The last pillar is personal goals and anything extra. You know, so anything extra you want your life, it can be a little bit mixture of all three and just something you don't really not know. Not sure how to put in the, the actual, um, uh, like any category, but personal goals for me is like, you know, traveling. You know, I want to go travel again. I wanna go back to Mexico for at least a month. I want to be able to go to Europe next fall, travel, um, over there and see everything. And, you know, I want to do a couple bodybuilding shows. So I want to go, do, I want to do, uh, two bodybuilding shows. Um, sometime come April, may, June, July, August, September area, you know, just around there. Um, so, you know, I want to have those as, as reminders and. Make sure my vision stays sharp. And that kind of goes, that's a little bit aligned with health, wealth, and, you know, the, uh, other areas we talked about in, in relationships, right? But those are just personal goals. Those are extras. You know what I mean? So again, focusing on the identity, the structure, and the consistency of all of these things, like how do I invest in myself to get those done as well? You know, what kind of identity? Do I have to, uh, change about myself? Or who do I gotta become more, more in line with a part of myself? Do I need more confidence, discipline, whatever it may be. And you know, the structure, right? Like what's the structure of me getting there, right? What are my hobbies? Um, are they aligning with that? Am I learning, you know, along the process? Like, what's the point? Am I getting fulfillment over it? Am I doing it for my ego? All these different things. The reason why I'm being so like. I guess descriptive with it is because the vision board seems super simple and you know, like this, articulating your vision in general seems super simple, but I can promise you, sitting here doing this podcast episode, um, fucking fit, envisioning everything that you wanna do in your life is literally. Like I said, I kind of already touched on this a little bit, but envisioning everything is literally part of the battle. But when you decide to step into the power of creating that and committing to it, it's all gonna come true. It may not come true how you want it to come true, and it may not look exactly how you see it in your mind now, but the feelings you're looking for and the emotions you're looking for, and all the success you're looking for in the visions you see. Will come true. And then once you attain those, you'll see how much more you can get outta life by just showing up, being articulate, knowing exactly what it is you need, and really learning about yourself along the way. There's really no ceiling on anything, so I really want you guys to take this serious because it's, it can be incredibly life changing, and it's one of those things where short-term pain, long-term gain, right now, it may suck to be like, oh, I don't want to, like, you know, everything's so chaotic. The holidays just finished and, you know, starting it's 2026, like, you know, got New Year's and all these things, and I mean, not have time to sit down and do it. But if you can just, you know, short term payment, it put half hour, put an hour into it to have it, and you can, you can adjust it as you go, as you, as you add things to it. Like I created mine last week. Today I put more things on it. I changed a few things'cause I know more of what I want to do and what I need, like what's more aligned. As I continue to grow and learn more about what it is that I'm actually trying to envision for next year, um, I can promise you long term gain, 110%, especially this time next year when you review it and look at it where you're going now and. It's just absolutely incredible. And you know, like I said, if you fail to prepare, you're preparing to fail. So by having the vision, you know what you need to prepare for because you can see it and you know what you're walking into. And as you prepare for that, you're gonna walk through it fucking beautifully. And I just don't underestimate the power of envisioning things and committing to them. Because as scary as it is, you know what's scarier? Looking back on your life and having a bunch of regrets.'cause you just didn't make these small, intentional decisions with the right amount of effort, consistency, and structure to become that person. And that's as simple as it is. So let's lock it the fucking happy motherfucking new Year every single one of you guys. I appreciate you guys all a ton. You guys literally make my life exactly what I wanted it to be. I always dreamed about, which is why I try to give so much back to you guys. But if there's ever anything you guys need, you guys always know you can reach out, but just keep leading from the front and setting a standard. Let's get a quick start to 2026. Let's go.
