Listen to God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 15:26 NKJV: The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. “O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?” Friends who served the Lord have died. As a matter of fact, I just received word that a friend, a coworker in Youth for Christ years ago, and who also was involved in other missions, has gone to be with the Lord. What a wonderful thing it is to know that his death is not in vain, but victorious. And someday when Jesus returns, he – one of the dead – will rise first, and then we who remain and are alive will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. That’s God’s promise to you and to me. So that last enemy, death, will be destroyed. Forever. But meanwhile, there are people who need to know how to get to Heaven. And I hope you will tell them that God loves them, that Jesus died for them, if they will admit they’ve sinned, if they will believe on the Lord Jesus, if they will confess Him publicly, they will live forever. This is the day the Lord has made. This is the day that you can tell somebody how to get to Heaven. This is your opportunity and your obligation. Tell people about Jesus.
