BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

Read the first seven verses of 2 Peter, and listen right now to verse 8: “for if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

What a wonderful promise that is to all of us who will follow God’s Word. It has instructions for us. It has details for us to pursue God’s way of doing things, so that we can be godly in our approach to life. “If these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Isn’t that a great promise? And we need to be all God would have us to be, to share our faith in Him with people who need to know Him whom to know aright is life eternal. Whom do you know who doesn’t know how to get to Heaven? Will you reach out to them – to him, to her? Will you tell each one God loves them? Jesus died for them, He was buried, and He rose again on the third day, after living perfectly, being born of a virgin. And now He’s ready to provide a life that lasts forever to the persons who will admit they have sinned, believe on Christ, and confess Him publicly. Share your faith today. Somebody is waiting for you to tell them the truth.
