BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

Jesus is talking to His disciples. It’s recorded in the Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 28. “I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.” That’s what Jesus told those closest to Him. And it happened. Christ was crucified. He was buried. And He rose again on the third day. He had come from the Father. He was the virgin-born Son of God. And His mother was Mary. He never sinned, although tempted. He lived perfectly and then died. Was buried and rose again, so that He could go to the Father, interceding on our behalf. That’s what Jesus is doing now. He’s done everything He needs to do for the salvation of people like you and me and your family and your friends, and the people for whom you are most concerned. So believe on Him. And share your faith in Him with others who don’t know Him, but who could if someone like you or like me would tell them how. Let’s pray together. Let’s believe God together. Let’s serve Him effectively, telling people how they, by believing on the Lord Jesus, can live throughout eternity with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When you pray, pray in Jesus’ name.
