BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

Listen to Luke 2:4 NKJV: “Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David.”

Remember the story? Saul was the king. And Samuel was called by God to go to the house of Jesse, because He said: “from his 8 sons I have chosen one to be the king of Israel.” His name was David. Called sometimes the shepherd boy. And now we find that Jesus is about to be born. We learn as Luke shares the story, that he lets us know that Joseph has been going to the house and lineage of David, to the little town of Bethlehem, because God has a place for you to go too. He has a task for you to perform. He has something for you to do that will please Him. Never ever underestimate God’s directing for your life, one step at a time. Because people will go to heaven if you follow God’s will for your life. You can rebel, you can reject, or you can respond to what God is saying to your heart of hearts. And people will be able to spend forever with God.
