Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ

“And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Cesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.” Luke 2:1-3 NKJV

What a wonderful thing God did when He arranged for Jesus to be born in Bethlehem. God knew all the time what was going to happen. He had prophesied it in the Old Testament. And now we see the fulfillment of that promise, and of what God wanted to have happen when His Son came down to become the Savior of anyone who would believe on Him, once He had lived perfectly and had died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. God has a plan for you. His plan for His Son the Lord Jesus Christ was the redemption of every person who would turn to Him from their sins, who would trust Him completely, who would believe on Him. If you haven’t, you can. If you have, tell somebody. This is the moment of truth. This is the day of salvation. God loves you. Jesus came down from heaven to be among us, to be born of the Virgin Mary, and to provide for us life that lasts forever.
