Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ

“Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.” Luke 2:4-5 NKJV

Joseph was taking care of Mary and the Baby about to be born. God sent Him all the way to Bethlehem to be born in the lineage of David. God knew what He was doing, and He provided this plan that would allow His Son to be born of Mary the virgin in the town of Bethlehem. God has a plan for you. Where are you right now? Where should you be? Where are you headed? Is Christmas real for you? Is Christmas the celebration of the birth of the Son of God, Jesus Christ? Or is it something else? Just a holiday, an exchange of presents personally for people who mean a lot to you, or to whom you mean a lot? I hope the greatest gift you give this year, any year, especially now, will be to Jesus. How do you do that? By providing treasure for the Gospel of Jesus Christ through people who love Him, and for you to know that by praying for your gift, it could multiply immensely. God wants us to reflect on Bethlehem. You are on planet Earth for the purpose of the furtherance of the glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. God has a plan for you. Follow His plan. Give to Him of your time, your talent, your treasure.
