Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ

“For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.” John 6:38 NKJV

Jesus said that. And the One who sent Him was His Father. He sent Him to be born of the Virgin Mary. He sent Him to minister, to share the Good News. He sent Him on a mission that would ultimately climax with His death, His burial, and His resurrection. He was and is the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Yes, He came down from heaven, not to do His will, but His Father’s who sent Him. God has a will for you too. He has a plan for your life. He wants you to understand that He loves you. And He wants to spend forever with you, and you with Him. But He’s not going to force that. It’s a gift – the gift of God eternal life. To receive the gift, say: “I am a sinner. I am sorry.” Turn to Jesus from your sins. Believe on Him. And then tell other people about Him. When this happens, God provides for you life that lasts forever. Are you willing to turn to Jesus from your sins? Will you really trust Him, believe on Him, and tell others about Him?
