Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ

“He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled.” John 3:29 NKJV

That’s John the Baptist speaking. When you read the Word of God, put it in context. Understand who is speaking and why they’re speaking, and where they have come from and where they’re headed. Again, this is a very very important thing for us to know, that the parallel is given between the bridegroom and the bride. “The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice.” We know that God has a plan, a perfect plan to redeem everyone who will turn to Him from their sins, trust in Him with all their heart, and be willing to tell other people about Him. John the Baptist had as his primary lot in life to let people know that Jesus Christ was going to be the Savior, of not only individuals, but the whole wide world, one by one by one. That includes you, if you have turned to Jesus from your sins, believed on Him, and told other people about Him. If you haven’t, you can.
