God speaks through His Word. And God does not give the Spirit by measure, or by anything except divine design. “He whom God has sent speaks the words of God.” That’s talking about the Lord Jesus Christ, the virgin-born Savior. The One who was tempted but never yielded. Who lived perfectly. Who preached. Who taught. Who healed. And Who cared.
