Fuck The Rules Podcast
Season 4 Episode 9

My connection with Steve Bisson was a serendipitous event, and as usual we have a good time chatting together in this episode! We do talk about multiple subjects, but the main subject is What The Fuck Is CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)? Steve gave up some of his limited free time to talk about being a therapist providing therapy that includes CBT.

PLEASE NOTE: brief discussion about loss and suicide.
