Stop swallowing stones- a raw chat about grief

We have done a few fun podcasts but given what is going on in the world this week, doing another one of those just didn't feel right. So I decided to speak to Dad about grief. I only wanted to talk, I didn't want to make him cry, I didn't want to make myself cry. But we did, and we also laughed. As I found out from Dad, there is no perfect way to grieve, but there certainly are bad ways. I hope this conversation helped Dad, who knows, he usually has a good poker face, but I think I managed to get inside and give his heart a hug.
