Episode 2: Nutrition Basics and Stories

I wanted to share a profound moment as I start my episode and hoped this tied in well. Life and this world isn't perfect. There is a lot of hardship right now but also I believe there is a lot to be grateful for with some aspects of our society, access we have to information, and for grocery stores and access to goods.

I tie this in to starting in your nutrition journey, where we have the access to information, who to speak with, and so many options to shop from grocery stores and out. But I wanted to share how you could start your journey with personal nutrition. With knowing where you are at, setting goals, your vision, your why,  and how every body deserves self love and care to be in the best health you can be. I do share weight loss tips and muscle mass gain. Some taboos as well.

We don't aim for perfection but just strive to overall do the best we can with our wellness journey. I hope to share lots more in the nutrition and wellness realm. As well as have guests on here discussing various topics in this. This was a compilation and mix of topics in many areas. 

Please let me know if you have any feedback or questions. I break the ice a few times since I'm human. LOL.  Nutrition is a topic I am passionate about though and continually researching. Perhaps I will start sharing a tip each episode!
