The Covid-19 Pandemic has required us all to be both resilient and empathetic. Paige Mathison has been in the middle of it all. As a psychiatric nurse, she not only tended to her clients’ mental health needs, but also those of her co-workers.
Having worked as a clinical counselor, guiding college and university students through anxiety during the pandemic, Paige brings us a perspective of building identity in the post-secondary experience. In this episode, she explains how she uses strengths-based, positive psychology with students as a guiding light towards healing.
Paige Mathison holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
