The Importance of a VISION
Jan 31, 2023 Season 1 Episode 43

Welcome to the Holla Black Podcast where we have a desire to build community through conversations. We say Black stands for Brave Leaders that are Accountable to Communicating Knowledge so let's begin to stir up conversations that influence the way we develop our thoughts and dive deeper in fulfilling the purpose that we were put on this earth each day and every decision that we make.

Let's be intentional with the actions that we take in not only creating visions but also understanding what are things that will take us away from the vision that we have created.

In this episode we discuss:
- Definition of VISION
- Obstacles that come from lack of vision or that get in the way of vision
- Ways that we can create lasting vision and a Mission Statement
