Press Pass begins on a sad note, with the crew lamenting the passing of Satoru Iwata. Sean soon steers the conversation towards where Nintendo will go from here and then on to a new type of FPS builder called Gunscape. The conversation soon returns to Nintendo after a miscommunication raises confusion around Super Mario Maker. Further into the show we learn some of what Randy Pitchford thought of his studio's experience with the development of Aliens: Colonial Marines which is put in stark contrast to Naughty Dog's pre-release predictions for The Last of Us. It sounds like a fix for the PC version of Arkham Knight is still a ways off and Bethesda is making money hand over fist with its foray into the mobile market. The show rounds out with talk of performance-enhancing drugs in professional eSports and a new way to play board games with ePawn Arena. Join in on our discussion!
