Here we are. The second installment of active reflection as it relates to my 3 month medicine journey across the country. Into the unknown I go, both inward and outward. A creative experiment with the paint brush being direct experience and the canvas being me. How will my world shape me and how will I shape my world in this dynamic process of self realization.

In this episode I do a check in, and share about the most synchronistic day of my trip to date! A bear encounter, how I ran into a family I grew up down the street from in my home town randomly in the middle of the Grand Tetons, and how I also crossed paths with another friend of mine who I haven't seen for years at a live music event in Jackson Hole. All because I followed an intuitive hit to talk to a stranger the day before.
