#7: Ryan Roff - BOLD Intentionality, Designing Life, and the Importance of Soul-keeping Trips
Aug 21, 2018 Season 1 Episode 7
Ryan Roff
Ryan Roff (Facebook, LinkedIn) is the CEO and co-owner of BoldSocks (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). These socks are the real deal. With options ranging from professional and sophisticated to goofy and punny, they are well-designed and high quality – especially their own brand Statement Sockwear. I even picked up a few pair for Tom Hood, who was on the first episode of the Journey View podcast – this is a guy who takes his sock game seriously, and he loved the Statement Sockwear designs.

But as good as the socks are, arguably that’s not the most impressive thing about Bold Socks. It’s their positive social impact. For every pair of Statement Sockwear socks sold, the Company gives back – to the tune of 100 days of clean water to people who desperately need it. To date, this still young brand has provided over 25 million days of clean water, and growing. This is more than a business, this is a movement.

Ryan and I discuss a variety of things, including how to develop rhythm and balance in your life, soul-keeping trips, and the really important topics like skinless chicken breasts and adaptable salsa containers, among others.

Enjoy!
