Susanna is a licensed Realtor since 2013 and has closed 45 transactions (almost 11 million sold) as a Buyer Agent in her first year.
In her second year, she became the Top Producer for Entire Brokerage 2015.
In her third year, she became a Team Leader in 2016.
In her 4th year, she became the Brokerage's Director of Sales Team and placed 1st in the Austin Business Journal awards 2017
Susanna has helped coach, motivate and inspire 100's agents across Central Texas, and in 2020, she led the team to close a record 920 transactions (went from 550 to 920). 1st at the ABJ

In 2021, she became the National Sales & Leadership Coach for WIR systems and was responsible for coaching, motivating, leading, and inspiring Team Owners and Agents across the Country.
After 15 years of being a part of the legal industry and working for several national and local nonprofits...Susanna decided to make a change in her career path. She began to do some serious soul-searching and wanted to find a path that she could make the most impact in our current society.
It was during this time that she realized that one of the biggest decisions in a person's life is buying a home.
