Mid October we start to have what I like to call “holiday panic mode”  - for a number of reasons – but the foods/drinks that come along with the season are such a huge part of the holidays... I thought, how amazing it would be to answer your questions whether it’s your first holiday season as a faster or you’re simply trying to take your power back and have a healthy relationship with all your holiday favorites without the stress and guilt of gaining that dreaded holiday weight.
