Im going to start with the case of Hannah Upp.
On August 28th, 2008 23 year old Hannah Upp went for a run in NYC and just didn't come back. Her disappearance would lead to a strange cycle that no one could explain. 2 storms, a ferry boat, and a lot of water all make this an ominous case.
