Hello everyone, I'm Alicea.
Nathan:And I'm Nathan
Alicea:Welcome to this week's episode of Adventures and Mousecapades.
Nathan:This week we're going to talk about a little bit of cultural whiplash that we have just undergone.
Alicea:Oh yeah
Nathan:Last weekend we saw the Backstreet Boys play at the S phere in Las Vegas.
Alicea:That was awesome.
Nathan:That was an amazing show.
Alicea:Yes
Nathan:Last night we saw Weird Al play a Backstreet Boys parody live at the White River Amphitheater here in the Seattle area. Also amazing, but the complete opposite end of the spectrum.
Alicea:Complete opposite. Not just that song, it was a, it was a full concert.
Nathan:yes, yeah, it was so much fun last night.
Alicea:It was a lot of fun.
Nathan:It was a very late night we had a meet and greet. It was after the show. No joke, we didn't get home until like 2 15 in the morning.
Alicea:yeah, and this was all four of us. The kids were with us too.
Nathan:Yes
Alicea:Lots of fun.
Nathan:Which is ironic because I think the latest we were out in Vegas was like one.
Alicea:Yeah, we didn't have to travel that far either.
Nathan:True, it took us an hour to get home because there was a major highway that was closed for the weekend. So thanks, Seattle. Anyhow.
Alicea:What are we talking about this week, Nathan?
Nathan:Well, what we're doing this week is another episode of Theme Park Roulette. This time it's Epcot edition. So Alicea is going to spin the wheel and we're going to pick all sorts of stuff. We're going to pick. Basically, we're going to let the wheel choose our day and figure out what we have to go do.
Alicea:Yeah
Nathan:And yeah, let's see how this thing works.
Alicea:All right, so we already know the park. It's Epcot, so now we're going to find out what type of wait time we are going to have.
Nathan:Oh God
Alicea:So like standby lightning lane, those are the options.
Nathan:Okay, no whammies, no whammies. VIP tour. Let's go.
Alicea:Oh, I don't have that as an option.
Nathan:Damn it.
Alicea:Should I add that for the future?
Alicea:No!
Nathan:Yes!
Alicea:Because that would be not... Okay
Alicea:I add that for the future. standby.
Nathan:Looks like we are getting
Alicea:No, All right Types... of rides. So for this I have rides 10 years old or older.
Nathan:Okay.
Alicea:Rides under 10 years old.
Alicea:Opening day rides, or opening, I guess, a couple ... years
Alicea:rides yeah, something like that.
Nathan:Yeah, all right Click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click.
Nathan:We pay for really top notch sound sound effects here.
Alicea:Rides 10 years or older
Nathan:Rides 10 years or older, okay, so what does that rule out? So that's gonna...
Nathan:I mean clearly that's gonna knock Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind off.
Alicea:Yeah, um for Epcot... It knocks off Guardians and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. That's it,
Nathan:okay...
Alicea:I mean, there's attractions too...
Nathan:Frozen
Nathan:No, I think that was Because that is a rework of the original ride, so I will give you. The original ride is more than 10 years old.
Alicea:Yeah.
Nathan:But when did they redo it and does that count?
Alicea:That would yeah, that would knock it off too. It opened in 2016.
Nathan:Okay, and we're not going to count that. That's just a glow up of the original.
Alicea:We're going to count that as a new ride. I mean, they totally redid that ride, okay.
Nathan:Yeah, I'm okay with this. I'm okay with this. We can leave it off, okay. I mean mean, I'm not super interested in it, so it's fine.
Alicea:Okay
Nathan:All right. Uh, let's see. The next thing we need to spin the wheel for is types of restaurants. Spin that wheel, Alicea!
Alicea:It's spinning. Look at it spinning.
Alicea:It is landing on, oh, character dining okay, oh, um. So that gives us two options.
Nathan:All right, all right, all right okay, all right, I guess we're doing all character dining all day yeah okay now.
Alicea:Now we're gonna do the month, the week and the day okay month we have april, okay. Right in the middle spring break, okay. Great week number uh.
Nathan:Week number three okay all right towards the end of spring breaks? Yeah, all right.
Alicea:What day in the week, day of the week is?
Alicea:Tuesday. Okay, so that is the. That is is Tuesday, april 15th.
Nathan:Okay, middle of oh, that's still going to be spring, yeah.
Alicea:I'm looking up on Touring Plans to see how busy this day was at Epcot.
Nathan:Great, oh, and this is the past. So we also just lost Test Track because it was still getting worked on. Yes, yes, yes, wonderful Okay.
Alicea:Touring Plants has Epcot at a seven. Oh joy.
Nathan:Yes, Epcot is at a seven. Is this Flower and Garden?
Alicea:I believe so yeah.
Nathan:Okay, I'm going to override some of our. I'm gonna... I won't override, I will augment some character dining with. Just we'll lay in the simple fact that we're gonna hit some food booths
Alicea:okay, just so we don't get too hungry. I guess
Nathan:exactly, we're hangry yeah, I, if we're knocking off Frozen Guardians, ratatouille and Test Track. There's still a lot of stuff, true, but we're also going to need to find some things to spend some time with, and what no better thing to do than go drinking around the world?
Alicea:in Epcot Got it.
Nathan:Okay.
Alicea:All right, Okay. So yeah, Epcot, it's a busy day because it's spring a busy day?
Nathan:yeah, all right, so we're gonna do. How do we want to do this? Uh, we have to. Well, man, how are we gonna do this?
Nathan:I guess we have to do character dining. We got to do breakfast, right, and then we got to do some rides. Find something for lunch. Some more rides. It's going to be a short day.
Nathan:I think it'll be a later lunch, okay, yeah, like a late brunch. Some rides we're not rope dropping, okay, we went hard the night before, maybe not in a park, knowing us.
Alicea:Okay, okay, okay, all right, and I have the average wait times for that specific day for all of these rides. Okay, got it. So when are we getting to the park? Nine o'clock, oh, epcot is a later park anyway.
Nathan:Yeah, I'd say 10. Okay, I'd say 10. And let's just assume, since we got to start off, we got to do food, we're doing character dining, we're doing Garden Grill.
Alicea:Yes for breakfast
Nathan:For breakfast.
Alicea:Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Nathan:I mean we would probably do Garden Grill for breakfast anyway.
Alicea:Yeah
Nathan:Like, love that breakfast, love all those characters there. This is the rotating restaurant there in the Land Pavilion, and we have had such amazing memories and experiences with characters. Yeah, yeah, and that's actually. I think we've said that's one of our favorite, if not our favorite, character dining before.
Alicea:They have changed it, though I went with. Who did I go with? I think I must have went with the kids, or something.
Nathan:Perhaps I was there, who knows?
Alicea:No, I don't think you were. I think it was when we were down there for the holidays and you stayed at home with your folks.
Nathan:Oh yes.
Alicea:Or stayed at the rental with your folks, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think the kids and I went and I snagged garden grill reservations for breakfast and I was very excited about that because we had had great interactions there. They changed the breakfast a little bit
Nathan:Okay
Alicea:And the character interactions weren't what we were used to. Now it was like Christmas Eve, I think?
Nathan:The holidays... yeah, yeah.
Alicea:Yeah, it wasn't crazy busy though, but it was yeah.
Nathan:Yeah.
Alicea:I know why the kids wanted to get on Guardians. That's what it was. Yeah, and they wanted to get on Guardians. That's what it was.
Nathan:Yeah, and they wanted to get out of there. Yes, and go get on the ride.
Alicea:Yeah, yeah Well maybe I don't know, but it still wasn't what we remembered. Now, stuff changes and sometimes there's down days, so hopefully this was just down day. Yes, we are going to enjoy this garden grill breakfast immensely, because it is going to be amazing, oh heck yeah, it'll be like as fantastic as always.
Nathan:Yeah, and we will figure we're going to be there for an hour solid
Alicea:Mm-hmm.
Nathan:Yeah, yup, yup, yup.
Nathan:Okay okay. So 10 o'clock breakfast reservations. 10 o'clock breakfast. We're out around 11.
Alicea:Around 11. Okay.
Nathan:All right, I picked food. Alicea, it's your go. What are we doing first here?
Alicea:We've got a couple things right there, true, and since we just had breakfast at Garden Grill, we have to go on Living with the Land.
Nathan:Well, I mean, that seems very logical.
Alicea:It's right there.
Nathan:Yeah, it's just the natural order of things, yeah.
Alicea:I mean we kind of looked around while we were eating, because that goes around living with or rotates through living with the land and we have to make sure the land's doing okay.
Nathan:Right Quality control.
Alicea:Yes, yeah.
Nathan:A different perspective. You know, instead of overlooking, we're down in. Yeah, get it, I get it.
Nathan:Okay, so Living with the Land was a 22 minute average wait.
Alicea:Yeah
Nathan:That's like a what 12, 15 minute boat ride something
Alicea:Yeah, something like that
Nathan:All right, let's call this... carry the one... I don't know. Call it 45 minutes ish to be done. Probably Probably have to hit a restroom break in there somewhere.
Nathan:Not during the ride, by the way, just so everybody is clear.
Alicea:Yeah, we're not like those couple people that have just yeeted themselves out of the boat because they're...
Nathan:idgits.
Alicea:Yes, I was going to say a little bit stronger word than that, but I stopped myself.
Nathan:Thank you for not making me making me beep something.
Alicea:Okay, so Living with the Land we get on it at around. What'd you say 11?
Nathan:Yeah, 11, say we're done at 1145 with the with the wait.
Alicea:Okay
Nathan:Yeah, yeah, okay, all right.
Nathan:So that leaves... I'm up next right. I mean we're there, we're in the building, let's go hit Soarin.
Alicea:All right, Soarin Around the World is a 46-minute wait.
Nathan:Okay, so that's, we'll call that even math 12: 30 on the ride. Yeah, okay, give it an hour. We'll just we're keeping math around here.
Alicea:Yeah
Nathan:So we're done at 12: 45 with Soarin. That's a long wait.
Alicea:That is a long wait.
Nathan:Of all the things that haven't been crossed off the list that is the longest wait that we will have today.
Alicea:Yeah, Soarin is popular. It's a fun ride.
Nathan:[singing] Popular
Alicea:Yep Exactly.
Nathan:I watched that on the plane to and from Vegas.
Alicea:It's a good movie.
Nathan:It's such a good movie.
Alicea:Alright, so 12:45, we're done with Soarin.
Nathan:I have a suggestion. I'm sending you mental waves oh okay.
Alicea:Well, I was just going to make this easy and continue right around there and do figment
Nathan:oh, we have a disconnect.
Nathan:Got it okay.
Alicea:Which way were you going?
Nathan:nope, it's fine figment, it is
Alicea:that's a short one
Nathan:it is a short one, it's also weird a fever dream, uh-huh, desperately in need of a revamp yes, okay, so it'll take probably five minutes to walk over there.
Nathan:Yeah, ten minutes, I mean we're probably going to stop and grab a drink on the way.
Alicea:Okay.
Nathan:Well, yeah, there'll be a food booth or two.
Alicea:Yeah, there's a couple things over there. I was going to say after figment was probably when we'd do something, okay.
Nathan:That's fair. Oh yeah yeah, okay, I got it, let's fair. Oh yeah, yeah, okay, I got it, let's go. We'll do Figment. So on that day that was a 15-minute wait, we'll call it a half hour for round math. Okay, so 1.15. I already know what we're going to go do right after Figment and that is not on your list. But I'm calling an audible here. Okay, and leveraging our Disney Visa card not sponsored and we're going to hit the character photo spot for Disney Visa folks. That is right there in the Imagination Pavilion, nice.
Alicea:Yeah, right next to it, yeah.
Nathan:That usually has a little bit of a line.
Alicea:Sometimes it really depends. Since it's Flower and Garden garden festival. It might have a little more of a line called a half hour total yeah, uh, no, that goes pretty quickly.
Nathan:Okay, I'd say 15 okay, all right, so that gets us to 130. Yeah, what's next?
Alicea:are you counting your picture thing oh?
Nathan:yeah, absolutely.
Alicea:Well, I'm trying to figure out if I want to go into Showcase yet or if I want to move over to Spaceship Earth. Towards the front, I think I'm going to move over towards Spaceship Earth.
Nathan:Okay.
Nathan:Are you going to Spaceship, earth, or are you just going in that direction.
Alicea:No, I'm going to Spaceship Earth.
Nathan:Oh, you're going to make us double back. It's okay, mm-hmm. Okay, fair enough, all right, so we're doing Spaceship Earth, yep, spaceship Earth, spaceship. Wow yeah, spaceship Earth. 27-minute wait, plus the ride.
Alicea:Uh, 27 minute wait plus the ride, we'll call this. So half hour is 45 total plus walk over. Yeah, okay, so that's 215, 215.
Nathan:oh, right, in the heat of the day, right in the heat of the day, since we have started in that direction and I'm getting thirsty, we need margaritas.
Alicea:Okay.
Nathan:And so we're going to the Grand Fiesta Tour starring the three caballeros. Okay, 12 minute wait. Plus the ride, plus a marg Call it a half hour, what do you think? Plus the walkover oh, call it 45 minutes. We are not fast walkers when we are in a park on a hot day 45 minutes, yeah, so three o'clock. Yeah, I'm assuming that we may have stopped and grabbed a snack somewhere along the way at some point, possibly.
Alicea:We'll see.
Nathan:I mean, there's all sorts of food booths around you never know. This is, I think, where I'm going with. That is just to say this is a two main meal day and there will be random grazing along the way.
Alicea:Yes.
Nathan:Yeah.
Alicea:All right.
Nathan:That's off to you, your turn. So we're in Mexico.
Alicea:Okay.
Nathan:We've got some margs going.
Alicea:Yeah.
Nathan:Please don't double back let's just keep going.
Alicea:Oh, there's a bunch that we've missed, but okay, um
Nathan:oh, there are some things that we've missed, so help me, god, we, if you select what I think you're going to select I am taking the other one
Alicea:I'm I'm not going to well, I don't know because. Okay, we could double back to mission space
Nathan:yeah it's not too far,
Alicea:but we just had margaritas.
Nathan:True
Alicea:it won't bother me
Nathan:look, I'm doing green.
Nathan:If we're doing mission space, you go on with your bad self and do orange. No, thank you.
Alicea:There's nothing else over there because Test Track is closed and it's three o'clock.
Nathan:Yes.
Alicea:But we need to hit it.
Nathan:Okay.
Alicea:So I'm doubling back and do Mission Space.
Alicea:I'll do orange. You don't have to do orange.
Nathan:Okay, good, I'll wait for you.
Alicea:You can do green.
Nathan:Okay, I'll wait for you. There's usually a food booth over there somewhere. I'll get a beer while I'm sitting and waiting. I only had a 10-minute wait. You were 18.
Alicea:I had an 18-minute wait yeah.
Alicea:So Mexico back over to Mission Space, is what Like? Another 10-minute walk, 15-minute?
Nathan:walk, yeah, maybe.
Alicea:And the ride's probably like what Five, five minutes. It's been so long since we've been on Mission Space,
Nathan:I wonder why
Alicea:you don't want to go on it. That's why,
Nathan:correct.
Nathan:Okay, okay.
Alicea:So let's see, so that's what Like 345, 350?.
Nathan:Yeah, yeah, okay, 345.
Alicea:350? Yeah, yeah, okay 345.
Nathan:Keep the math easy, okay, all right, so now it's back to me.
Alicea:Don't forget about the attractions too.
Nathan:I know, I know, but like we're in the wrong, like we had a thing going. We were going to go backwards around the world and then you decided to cross back over through the front of the park.
Alicea:This is kinda what we do.
Nathan:Canada far and wide impressions de France, reflections of China's kind of back there. Turtle Talk with Crush is by the seas, with Finding Nemo and friends which you just walked away from.
Nathan:What are we doing here?
Alicea:No, we had already gone past it.
Nathan:But we were at least over there. I mean, the seas is next to the land. We need to talk about strategy.
Alicea:Point of fact. Yeah, we never go in a straight line when we are at a park.
Nathan:Well, especially at Epcot, because you're usually drinking around the world, it's hard to walk in a straight line.
Alicea:No we go. We have the best of intentions and it never ends up that way, so this is just more realistic.
Nathan:Okay, that's fair.
Alicea:We're Mission Space, are we going straight through and going across to the other side and doing seas, or are we going into Showcase
Nathan:I mean, it's been six hours at this point since our last full meal.
Alicea:Uh-huh.
Nathan:Are we doing late brunch and early dinner? We can, okay.
Alicea:Lunch at Akershus is until 4.40.
Nathan:Hmm.
Alicea:And then dinner starts at 5.25
Nathan:all right, so it's still early. Plus you have food booths and we've been snacking, I'm sure. Oh my gosh, this is so difficult. I hate to do this. I think, oh man, I am torn. Do we walk back across? I think, oh man, I am torn. Do we walk back across, double back, say hi to Walt along the way, see what's going on in the new middle of Epcot there, and then go do the seas with Nemo and friends? Or do we just start meandering around World Showcase and seeing what's what over there?
Alicea:This is literally what I just said.
Nathan:I know.
Alicea:You're just talking through it again. Yeah, Okay okay, okay, your choice, I will go along, since I messed it all up, yeah.
Nathan:We are not on the same page today.
Alicea:Nope, you totally switched directions from what I was thinking too. So nice
Nathan:Alright, let's just do it. We're walking back through. We're going to the seas with Nemo and friends.
Alicea:Okay, yep Mission space to the seas.
Nathan:Yeah, because exercise.
Alicea:It's not that far.
Nathan:It's not that close either. Alright, so it's going to be a 15 minute walk. It's a 30 minute wait. It's a 10 minute ride. No, it's less than that Seven minute ride. Uh, I will be parched. Probably. Stop and have us grab something to drink along the way. Call this an hour.
Alicea:Okay, so done at 445.
Nathan:Done at 445.
Alicea:And we're down there. We're going to go do Turtle Talk with Crush.
Nathan:Totally fine with me. I'm down with that.
Alicea:So that's probably another half hour.
Nathan:Yeah, I think so.
Alicea:So that's 5.15. Yeah, we're done with talking with dude.
Nathan:We're done talking with dude. Now. We're definitely not close to the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. I'm going to be getting a little bit hungry. We're going to grab some potato soup in. Canada at the booth and then go watch Canada Far and Wide.
Alicea:Okay, we could do that. Alright, I agree with that, that potato soup.
Nathan:So good, between a snack and the 15-minute show, we'll call that a half hour, so we're at 545.
Alicea:Well, I'm just going to keep going around that way.
Nathan:Excellent.
Alicea:Thank you and we'll do Impressions de France, de France, de France.
Nathan:Have we seen that?
Alicea:No, I don't think we have, but there's also a Beauty and the Beast thing over there too.
Nathan:I think it flops back and forth. Oh, maybe it does, Like it does one showing of one and then one of the other. Yeah, yeah yeah, well, we haven't seen either yes, so we'll go do whatever is in, whatever is there and it's about an 18 minute show for the impressions show. Right guessing that's around what beauty and the beast is too right, you're probably gonna get a wine or a you know slushy or something like that rosé slushy. There you go.
Alicea:I'm thinking of you since we just got the potato soup, I will not get the liquid cheese in a bread bowl we are working towards dinner I know I understood, but I'm not. That's why I said I'm not gonna get it okay, okay, I'll have to save it for another trip, I guess there you go.
Nathan:So that gets us to what say 6, 15 yeah, that sounds good.
Alicea:Is it dinner time?
Nathan:I think it is dinner time. Okay at this point we only got one soup yes, we only got one soup, of course, so it's time for it's time for dinner
Alicea:and it was much, much better than the last time we had the soup, which was ridiculously salty
Nathan:yes, of course, because they've learned to keep the cap on the salt bottle.
Nathan:Yeah, yes all right so we're going to yeah, we're gonna go head over to norway, okay, and we're gonna do our dinner at akershus royal banquet hall, which is, uh, we're going to join Disney princesses for storybook dining inside a medieval castle with soaring archways and cathedral ceilings.
Alicea:Yes, we have never done this. Is this a buffet? I think this is a buffet.
Nathan:I don't remember.
Alicea:We haven't been there before, I'm just so. Pricing for akashus is 69 per adult, which is ages 10 and up, and 46 per child, which is ages three through nine, and character dining with princesses over in norway and epcot. We have not done this before, but I think this is just looking at the menu. I'm fairly certain it's a buffet.
Nathan:Got it.
Alicea:It does have Norwegian influences for food, so there's a lot of words here that I cannot pronounce.
Nathan:You don't want the kjotkakker.
Alicea:Whoa excuse you.
Nathan:Hey, it's Norwegian meatballs.
Alicea:Okay, yeah, I'll have meatballs. Okay great Meatballs mashed potatoes, salmon, cabbage ew carrots and green beans, chicken with apple and fennel preserves, that sounds really good. That does sound good.
Nathan:Mac and cheese yes, the Norwegian classic mac and cheese. Mac and cheese yeah.
Alicea:And they have plant-based dining too, as well as allergy-friendly offerings.
Nathan:They have an assortment of Norwegian-inspired desserts they do. I don't know what that means.
Alicea:They don't say what they are.
Nathan:It's an assortment. Okay, if you have to ask.
Alicea:I'm sure at some point we will hit this as a character breakfast.
Nathan:Is it character dining all day?
Alicea:Yes, it is all day. Okay, I don't know why I said breakfast. That's usually the meals that we get are character breakfast. True, sorry.
Nathan:It's okay, I forgive you.
Alicea:At some point we will hit this character meal. I think we should. Anyway, it'd be nice to hit all the character meals. Yeah, because we like the character meals. We do indeed. All right, character dining usually takes a little bit longer, true though this is a buffet, so it's going to be at least an hour.
Nathan:Yeah, for them to do the full loop and for you to see everybody, yeah yeah, so we're looking at 7 50. Do you want to say 7 30? Yeah, we'll say done at 7 30, so at an hour and 15 minutes, including your commute, and we just happen to magically have the right reservation time for whatever we wandered up over there. Of course, yeah, I mean, we're professionals here we know what we're doing. We're sure, okay, what are we doing next?
Alicea:um, I think we've hit all rides we have we just need to do reflections of China it
Nathan:would be nice to reflect on China
Alicea:um. Where is Norway uh?
Nathan:Northern europe
Alicea:that's not helping me,
Nathan:it's not near it's. It's not near, uh, China at all gosh, I cannot remember I am pulling up the map right now. Oh, China's right next door. Norway is next to Mexico.
Alicea:Oh my gosh, I had this totally the wrong spot
Nathan:I had in my brain. Norway is where Germany is, for some weird reason ditto.
Alicea:Okay, so you might hate me, but you might not hate me, because I know we just had dinner, but we are going over to italy
Nathan:okay
Alicea:because it's time for a limoncello margarita
Nathan:yeah, it is.
Nathan:It is always time for a limoncello margarita. It could be 8 am, it would be time for a limoncello margarita. It could be 8 am, it would be time for a limoncello margarita. Unfortunately, the park doesn't open that early
Alicea:no, um, I didn't check to see what time luminous was at
Nathan:10 o'clock.
Alicea:Oh, it's at 10 o'clock, okay,
Nathan:it's pretty much always at 10.
Alicea:Yeah, all right. So dinner at Akershus done at 7 30. We're gonna go over over to Italy for a limoncello margarita and probably just chill there for a bit.
Nathan:Probably. I would nominate that we position ourselves to watch Luminous from Japan at the gate. That is one of my favorite places to watch an Epcot show from.
Alicea:Okay, are we going to hit Reflections of China?
Nathan:Yes, Because we have to go past China to go back towards Italy. So let's amend our plan here and say we do Akershus, then we hit reflections of China 15 minutes and then we get to Italy. So that's 7.45. After Reflections of China we get over to Italy. We're done there at 8.45 or so.
Alicea:Okay, so 8.45 done.
Nathan:Yeah, we have an hour, 15 to kill.
Alicea:We're right next door to the American Adventure and it's always nice to take a look in there and see what exhibits yeah what exhibits that they have available that little gallery space.
Nathan:Yeah, I'm down with that. That is a great way to kill. We probably need to kill, we'll say 45 minutes, and that gets us over to the Japan gate at 9, 30 to. You know, stake out a halfway decent spot to watch luminous at 10. I think we've nailed this.
Alicea:I am checking one little thing here because,
Nathan:oh, you're going to get facts involved here.
Alicea:Yes, because this is during the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. and they happen to have the Garden Rocks concert series.
Nathan:Oh,
Alicea:let's see, we said April 15th.
Nathan:Yes, ma'am
Alicea:Okay, nobody's there, never mind.
Nathan:Never mind, never minding Yep, nobody's there.
Alicea:That was a good show that night it was. It was so that just means it wasn't crazy.
Nathan:Crazy, crazy. The band was Nobody's there. It was opened by manny moore. It's great, great music
Alicea:It's because we were going over towards the american adventure and the garden rocks. Um yeah, the, the pavilion is right there so I was like oh, how crazy is it going to be? It's not going to be crazy. We are going going to enjoy the run of the place day there in the America Adventure Pavilion.
Nathan:But alas, they're not going to be there that late, nope, so missed them, missed them, I think that's it. Yeah, yeah, we're done with the American Adventure. Alicea:We're not tired at all.
Nathan:No.
Alicea:Our feet are not hurting, our knees are not hurting. We're good, no.
Nathan:We've done a very efficient tour of Epcot. We haven't doubled back at all, we haven't walked side to side. It's been pretty much flawless on our behalf in terms of execution.
Alicea:Which is our typical park day anyway, Of course flawless.
Nathan:I mean, that's our typical day. Yeah, that's just how we live life Flawless, flawless. If there's one word that people think of when they think of us, it's crazy. I mean, it's flawless.

Nathan:We will do that again sometime soon, and by soon I mean in June, yeah, which is in a while. We have some things to get through before now, and then we have some cruises, and we will talk about this ever so briefly here. Alicea's broken, and as we sit here, or actually as this comes out, in a week or so, Alicea is going in for some major surgery. Alicea has to have some open heart surgery. She has some plumbing in her aorta that needs to get fixed. They're going to put a fresh new garden hose in there, a little bit of duct tape. Be all good, we will be with you. We will have a bunch of episodes. Well, we do have a bunch of episodes that we have prerecorded and will be great. We will be on socials here and there, as we're able. I'll share some updates, but Alicea is going to be off work for a few months. It looks like yeah.
Alicea:For recovery.
