In truth, we just needed an education, as neither of us had watched many 80s movies. Who’s John Hughes? What are The Outsiders?
These are questions we ask. Because we have no clue.
And don’t even begin to ask us how to pronounce names.

Who else didn't know that this movie wasn't a musical? It definitely has a lot of awesome music in it though. Ricki Lake stars as Tracy Turnblad, a big, blonde, and beautiful dancer who advocates for integration all while showing Karen... ahem, Amber... how it's really done.
