[00:00:00] Crystal Waddell: hey guys. Welcome to a little behind the scenes look at my Canva account.
I wanted to share with you some of the vision board stuff that I've been playing around with.
And first I wanted to share with you the quarterly vision board that I made just for this workshop.
Now, as you can tell, there's a January, a February and a march, and then there's space here for you to do your own quarter to quarter three and quarter four vision boards if you'd like.
I set this up very similar to how we talk through the strategic planning organizer. There are four blog topic squares where you can, drag a picture over to represent your blog topics.
If your marketing focus is gonna be Pinterest or Instagram reels or something like that, you can find [00:01:00] photos and different.
Elements or whatever to represent that for you.
If you've never used Canva before, I just wanna show you really quick that you can click on the photos and then you can choose any photo. And what was a bad example!
And choose any photo and drag it into these little grids because they hold, they are picture holders.
So I can take all of these different photos and add them into. The grids. So just so you know how that works. And it looks like those are sideways, which is strange, but that's how you add pictures to the grids. Now here is the monthly message. We talked about having one core message.
That is where you can put this, that monthly message right there, the core message. And then if you have a personal weakness and you wanna remind yourself of how [00:02:00] to stay on track, you can put that here in the personal reminder square, there is a business reminder. So if you need something to help you stay focused on business, your
way to connect with your ideal client, your ideal community. And also a place for your top product. So that is the quarterly vision board that you can use. And you can see I've got that set up for you for January, February, and March. Now I know that some. Are just working on monthly and that's absolutely fine too.
I actually found this vision board as a template, so that's fun. I just modified it to throw in the know, like trust, sell. Your monthly topic.
Again, you can pull pictures into those placeholders. So I'll go back to the pictures and grab that computer and. I can replace the dog so you can find photos that are representative of you and your brand.
Okay. That was just [00:03:00] one month.
And then I. I found this other one, and this is a weekly board, so I brought in four pages of that weekly board.
So that you can, do one week at a time as you feel comfortable.
So anyway, I hope that you enjoy playing around with the vision boards, I'd love to see them. If you make one, please take a picture of it and tag me on Instagram.
And if you have any questions about anything that you saw in this workshop, please feel free to reach out.
DM me. Shoot me an email. I'd love to hear from you, and if there's any way that I can help, please let me know.
And with that, I'm gonna go ahead and sign off, and I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks so much.
