What is going on guys? So, in today's episode of the entrepreneur heroes podcast, we are going to be looking into the challenge that my mentor has actually set it. In fact, he was boxing over the weekend. And they called him a juggernaut. And I think, I don't know what happened. But he's been the juggernaut. Last speaking event. So I've been issued with a challenge, just like a lot of the other entrepreneurs in the room. And I am publicly declaring this as my act. So, let's go, the 12 week goal is to generate at least 50,000, into my brand new program. So I'm going to go through nine questions, and I'm going to actually answer them. So number one, what will happen, if I don't achieve my outcome? Well, I'm not going to be happy with myself, I'm not going to be able to reinvest in my business, if I can't do that, I'm not going to be able to serve as many people as I want to. Number two, what good can happen. While I'm going to be able to reinvest in my business, I'm going to be able to serve many more people, I'm going to have a lot more testimonials of people I can help and actually more social proof, which means I can go and serve more people at a higher level. So number three, who will I let down, if I don't achieve this goal, I let down my wife, because she's important to me, she pushes me and I let down my daughter, as well, because the time I spend away, which isn't too much at the moment, is time I could be with her. So you know, I don't want to look her in the eye. And Tina, this time I'm away in and I'm not actually doing the things that I promised in this challenge. And also, again, I'm not going to reinvest, I'm not going to be able to serve my clients either. Because by building a community, I'm going to surround them with more positive entrepreneurs that can help lift them. Number four, who can I do this goal for? While I'm doing it, like I said, for my wife, my daughter, my clients, my family and for the business, I can continually reinvest in this business. So I can grow. And so I can serve more. Because if I'm not able to reinvest in myself, I'm not going to increase my limits and capabilities of how I can serve. Number five, where can I publicly declare this? Well, I'm publicly declaring it right now on the podcast is going to go on all my social media channels, all the groups I'm in so people are going to actually see this. Number six, what do I need to do to remain motivated to achieve this outcome? Well, I'm going to be looking at the people that I care about, and my wife, daughter family, and I'm going to look at them when I feel maybe slightly unmotivated. And I'm going to remember what I've declared, and if it means me haven't listened to this. And remember my why. Which I don't think that's going to happen. I'll have to do that. Number seven. Who can I get to help me stay motivated? What accountability misses keeping them accountable. There's anyone in the community, they want to keep me accountable, feel free, just reach out. I'm normally pretty good with accountability. But I will not say no, if anyone wants to attempt to kick my ass. Number eight, what could prevent me from not achieving my outcome? Me? Simple as that I'm the only one that can stop me doing this. If I get distracted. It can delay me. So number nine, what can I do to prevent that from happening? While failing to prepare is preparing to fail. So I'm going to be executing a plan. Obviously, it's a 12 week goal. And I'm going to break it down into three segments so it can be more achievable. So I know what I'm going to do and I'm going to tell you guys right now. So over the 12 weeks, phase one is week is weeks wonderful, is where we'll be delivering this program. And makers, we get results for clients. That's going to leave me eight weeks, eight weeks.
He's going to be using the social proof, the testimonials that we're going to be generating for these clients in the first four, to push on, because we managed to do 25 on the front end, before this challenge, so based on that, based on multiplying it with more testimonials, there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to compound this. So, here I am publicly declaring. So thanks a lot, Mr. Jason James, for being angry yesterday. But here you go. Here's my public declaration I'm giving to you guys, all my listeners, all my followers, subscribers, anyone. If I'm going to be documenting the journey as well, and I'm going to say it, if I'm not going to achieve it, I'm going to call it out, call myself out. But I'm not trying not to achieve it. So here you go, you guys, that's me holding my right hand up, this ain't on video, but just imagine the US anthem. That's what I'm doing. So I just want to thank Jason for putting this challenge out there. And making sure we are all accountable, because it's not about having ideas, but having a plan. And getting there. And public speaking is probably one of the best trainings I've done is transformed, be totally as a person with my message. And you're speaking to someone that didn't want to get up, or even put his hand up and ask that question. So imagine, right, I'm now I'm certain, put me on a stage, I'll speak to people, I'll deliver my message. I'll do it online, I'll do it in person, and I'm doing on a podcast. So you know, it's been a massive, massive change for me and a thoroughly recommend anyone that's thinking about it, stop thinking about it, do it, anyone that's on the fence, you can only gain from it, because we've got a voice to serve. And believe me, it can serve. And a lot of people we don't use our mouth for good, especially when we're angry. But when you can manage your state and you know how to speak believe me, the amount of people you can touch is is unlimited. So all the details are going to be low.
