The basketball card hobby is comprised of a strong community of collectors with amazing stories. In this episode I spoke with John (formerly known as slobbythegreat), a super-collector of Scottie Pippen. He has arguably one of the best player collections in the world. John has been out of the hobby for over 3 years because of the greed and negativity he views in the hobby. He's a legend in the hobby and is known for cracking cards out of slabs because he enjoys the beauty of the cards by themselves.
