I love how Leslie said she was able to get consistent with her goals because she lightened up about it, made her goals small...and in doing so was able to reconnect with the joy of the activity. Once she found that happy place (that so often gets lost when we burden ourselves with intimidating, gigantic goals) she was excited to show up daily - because she knew she would enjoy it every time. This is a great story to get inspired to take action on that thing you've been meaning to do!
