We dive into the clumsy intersection of horror and romance in "Heart Eyes," a Valentine's Day slasher that misses the mark. The film's lack of character development, poor dialogue, and jarring tonal shifts dilute the horror experience and transform what should be a tense narrative into an unintentional comedy.
• Introduction of the film and its premise
• Dissection of character development issues
• Examination of humor failed attempts in the horror context
• Breakdown of cinematic choices and their consequences
• Critical comparisons with the "Final Destination" franchise
• Closing thoughts on the film's overall impact

excuse me, is anybody sitting here? Sorry, this seat's taken sorry welcome to all.
Speaker 3New edition of this seat's taken, where I'm your host, rob miranda, and a recurring guest. You haven't been on for about a year, if not longer. I would say, yeah, I think so, bro, sebastian sea bass thank you for coming on. I'm excited to have you on. Thank you brother, thank brother, thank you for having me.
Speaker 1It's always a pleasure.
Speaker 3You're a big movie fan, like I am like every, almost every time I posted something about I'm seeing the movie. You're asking me how it was. Yeah, so I don't know. I like being people's movie guy. You know, like, just say, going to the movies this month, though, this year though, yeah, why is that, bro? Like the first year I did this podcast, I've seen over close to 300 movies, and the second one I slowed down 200. I just like being more selective instead of seeing every single movie. If I know a movie's ass is ass, I'm not gonna go watch it.
Speaker 3I agree, I agree 100% which is why I wasn't gonna go see this movie. Hard, we're talking about hard eyes. This just came out the month of february and, uh, for our throwback episode, you went original. You went all the way back to I think it was year 2000, 2000, yep, and uh, we're doing final destination. Yeah I'm excited to talk about that yeah first of all, valentine's day was just stop. It's a big time for the movies because it's a very like common thing people going to dates.
Speaker 1Yeah, Dinner date movies, dinner movie Typical.
Speaker 3Typical this year's February choices for Valentine's Day was kind of very slim. I felt like, yeah, I mean obviously the Captain America came on Valentine's Day.
Speaker 1Yeah, it was the worst. The movie sucked, sucked Highly, do not recommend.
Speaker 3I'm trying to think what else was out around that. Nothing, really. There's a surprising amount of horror movies that came out around this time of year. Obviously Hard Eyes we're going to be talking about, but I wouldn't consider this a horror movie, but it's an action Valentine's Day movie.
Speaker 1Love Hurts.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, yeah, I still want to see that I heard bad things about that from one of my reliable sources. I'm like, oh my gosh.
Speaker 1I can't believe. I heard that.
Speaker 3Wow, no, I got to check it out myself as well. What have you seen last year? That was some of your favorite.
Speaker 1Last year was my favorite man. I can't even remember, to be honest. Yeah, last year was kind of good. I'll tell you what. I just started off this year with Nosferatu. Nosferatu, bro. That movie was wild. I've never seen the first one, but I have an idea what it was. But I'm like let's check it out. I'm saying you know. So I went out and checked it out, but, man, honestly I feel like they could have did away with all. They expended way too much. It should have been an hour and 30 minutes.
Speaker 3This movie was like Not for a while too, and it was close to like two hours, not longer, right.
Speaker 1Yeah, close to three hours.
Speaker 3Was it that long?
Speaker 1Yeah, it was two hours and 30 minutes. I'm like man it was. I went through it was like seven o'clock and he got to like 11. I was like damn. I like Nosferatu it was good no, I wouldn't say that, but man, it was just like Jargon. Good though it is good, it is god. I think it's a good monster film almost. I like that they're trying to make bring up, bring back those movies like really movies. I feel like it had a little taste to it yeah, yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing more like that.
Speaker 3I try. There is one coming out like that. I'm not from, I can't remember what it's called, but you know we just got wolfman. Uh, we had the invisible man a few years ago, but I would like to see that one up again.
Speaker 1The invisible, invisible man was really good, I love Invisible. Man, that was definitely a twister, for sure.
Speaker 3What do we need? The Loch Ness Monster we could see, or what are some other monsters out there? We'd be kind of overdue for a Freddy Krueger movie. I feel like I agree.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3Isn't there coming out with a show?
Speaker 1I know they're doing a Halloween show. Yeah, they're doing that they're trying to.
Speaker 3They're trying to do um, what is this trying to do? Jason, friday the 13th? I think it's another big show.
Speaker 1I think it's an origin show they're doing another scream, yeah, another one. Actually they're doing two of them, two of them, but they did announce back to back. I'm excited, I'm excited, I hope they uh, they reassign, they sign, I reassign.
Speaker 3Look at my class.
Speaker 1They recast Melissa and Jenna.
Speaker 3I think they got Melissa. I think so, but I don't think Jenna's on board quite yet. I think she will, though she's probably on bigger, better things she was on originally but then she backed out because of Melissa and then she got back on and we have yet to hear if she's coming back or not.
Speaker 1I feel like, I feel like she sure he's really good. Melissa's hot, by the way. She's hot.
Speaker 3But yeah, she is. But, like I don't know about jenna, though, like I said, she's a a-list celebrity now, so I don't know if you have time for her. Yeah, she blew up yeah, um, let's talk about television shows, because this episode originally wasn't gonna be a television show but it kind of changed last minute because I'm just now getting the yellowstone and land man yellowstone's, so dope.
Speaker 1It's like I ain't gonna lie to you. It took me four times to get into it because, like I'm like man, like I knew it would have bound my uh boring, like when I first first started.
Speaker 1You know how it starts off, where kevin costner shoots the cow yeah, and then my oh my come on like I thought I, I, when I just think of shows, I automatically want to get you know right into it. Then my first time man, second time and third time I'm like you know, you know what I'm going to lock in my photography was I was on break for photography. I'm like you know what I'm going to do this for the whole Christmas break and I did. I got through all seasons in like two weeks. I binge watched everything Two weeks.
Speaker 3Yeah, the first episode was like an hour and a half. This is a damn movie. Yeah, the damn movie.
Speaker 1Yeah, it really is. It really is. It was dope, though. Actually, that's one of my places to go to next year Yellowstone, Yellowstone and Wyoming. I don't know what you would want to see out there. I love the ranch, bro, the ranch was dope bro Go to Texas. Yeah, but Texas man, everyone goes to Texas. You don't hear people going to Wyoming or Yellowstone, just cause the experience is the same. I'm sure Yellowstone has blown up since that show came out for sure, especially that well known bar you'll get to that scene.
Speaker 3People who who like love, like Sons of Anarchy and like Empire, I think would love Yellowstone. It's all about that family drama stuff. Yeah.
Speaker 1I agree, mayans is a good one too. You watch that one, yet what is it, mayans?
Speaker 3Oh no, the spinoff of Sons of Anarchy. Yeah, I remember seeing the first season with my dad, but I haven't kept up with it. You got to.
Speaker 1It's really good. I just started watching back Narcos Mexico. That's the one with Bad Bunny, yes, but he comes back. He comes in later, but it is the Narcos Mexico, but I started all the way back, isn't?
Speaker 3Chris.
Speaker 1Rock in one I'm thinking of something else.
Speaker 3I'm thinking of something else.
Speaker 1Okay, yeah, it's my Kiki Camarena from the first episode. Baby, yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah. So this year I really don't know if you're going to have a whole lot of time with the movies, because you're traveling a lot this year.
Speaker 1Yeah, bro, let's talk about it.
Speaker 3I know you're going to, not New Mexico.
Speaker 1Arizona soon.
Speaker 3Yeah, arizona, soon Texas, I heard in a couple weeks. You're going to Mexico in a little bit and you have a pretty big trip. You're going on a solo trip to Japan.
Speaker 1Yeah, my 30th. It's my birthday gift to myself.
Speaker 3That's exciting, I'm so proud of you.
Speaker 1I'm excited, bro. I've always wanted Japan. I love, love, love, love. The culture.
Speaker 2Just like my culture.
Speaker 1I love Japan. I've always wanted to go. What makes this trip more exciting, though, is I'm a big baseball fan. I love my Cubbies and they're going to be playing. I'm going to go to the opening day where the Cubs are playing the Dodgers in Tokyo Dome in Tokyo.
Speaker 2Japan, that is sick.
Speaker 1Yeah, I couldn't believe it. It's so dope. I'm so grateful to experience that it's once in a lifetime and I it's once in a lifetime and I just like, wow, I actually get to do this my 30th. You know I'm starting off my 30s. You know it's definitely exciting, for sure. And it's solo too. You know I've done solo international. I mean um in the states. I've never done international, see, I.
Speaker 3I haven't traveled anywhere solo. You should. I mean, it's here to go on a japan solo.
Speaker 1It sounds so scary to me, yeah, no I highly recommend anyone um you've been outside the country besides mexico um, just mexico, okay so, but, um, japan soon, hopefully, god willingly. But uh, I highly recommend doing a solo trips, you know, for anyone. It could be in states around michigan, whatever, just so I feel like you know a little personal thing, I feel like you get to know yourself more doing a solo trip and just, you know, make yourself, you know, have higher standards for yourself it's funny like we're talking about today, cause I just seen this morning on like an ad um the Cubs jerseys, but like a Japanese version like their names and Japanese letters.
Speaker 2That looks pretty sick. That's exciting.
Speaker 3Like to go see the Cubs play in there? Yeah, um, cause I'm sure you a week and two days Fuck yeah, you have time to do everything out there.
Speaker 1Yeah, so I get there Friday, atlanta 3 pm their time, so I'm just going to go out there straight to my thing. I got it all planned out already. Would you do me a favor, though? What's?
Speaker 3up. Would you go check out a Japanese movie theater? Yeah, I'd definitely try.
Speaker 2Yeah that'd be cool, isn't it?
Speaker 3I wonder what that's like. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1I'd definitely try to watch a little bit halfway and then at least get you the ticket.
Speaker 3You know what I'm saying, yeah, that'd be sick, yeah, I'd be jealous. That's awesome, that's congrats.
Speaker 1I love Japanese food. Yeah me, I'm just a little nervous to go by myself, but you know what God's with me, so I'm excited.
Speaker 3Let's see how that goes. Keep it in church.
Speaker 1No.
Speaker 3I'm just kidding. Let's go back to movies, though it's a big year for movies coming up. What are the movies you're?
Horror Movie Reviews and Discussion
Speaker 1excited to see. Oh man, I'm excited to see Founder's Nation. I couldn't believe that, and I love Founder's Nation. Oh man, I'm excited to see found destination. I couldn't believe that, and it's. I love found destination because I feel like when we were younger, I feel like you know it, it proclaims to us yeah, and it still proclaims to us like how crazy. Like you know and you're in the like, I saw the trailer it's literally getting a tattoo shot. And who doesn't have a tattoo nowadays, you know?
Speaker 3oh yeah, that's what it was like lasik right yeah, lasik that one was scary for me. That's like I haven't done it yet because of that reason really yeah I mean everyone still to this day, does not drive behind log trucks. Oh yeah, for sure, just because of that movie that's a no, no.
Speaker 1100, that's a no, no, that's automatic. You should automatically know that you never behind drive behind a log truck is this the sixth or seventh one?
Speaker 3I think this is the seventh one. I think it's the seventh one too. I haven't talked too much about it on this podcast, but I'm very, very excited for that movie too. I'm not into horror movies or anything like that, even supernatural stuff, but this is something like a franchise, I feel like keeps it fresh every time, and I'm excited to see what it is it's been years since like early 2000.
Speaker 3I don't think it was past the 2010s, if I'm not mistaken. Uh, since the last one, yeah, and this one just sounds so interesting. I don't know if you read the plot or kind of put it together yet. Um, normally the final destination is where this group of people escape death and death comes back to pick them off one by one. Yeah, you know, and even if you try to skip your order, like one guy tried shooting himself and it the gun would jam because it wasn't the time to go.
Speaker 1No, it was crazy Like it was a dud. It was a dud, but it wasn't like it's crazy.
Speaker 3So this one's a little bit different. This one focuses on a woman who was too like. She cheated death, but death never came back and got her clear what clear summers.
Speaker 1Is that her who it is? Maybe, maybe that is her every time I, if this goes all the way back in these clear summers, yeah, she's still, yet I think she's a grandmother now, oh wow, this one so, since she escaped death, death is coming back for her entire family.
Speaker 3She had dang, like her children and her grandchildren, like all of them got to die because she was not supposed to live. So anyone like any relationships, maybe, like any children they might have had, yeah, they're all dead and I'm excited. It's a different premise and, um, like what a way to keep it fresh I agree.
Speaker 1Yeah, I'm excited, I'm really excited.
Speaker 3I can't remember when it's coming out. I want to see. I think fall time, I think fall yeah, let's see. This one came out in 2000. Do you remember watching this for the first time?
Speaker 1Yeah, I watched it in the theater. I watched it in the theater since kids went.
Speaker 3You were five when this came out.
Speaker 1Really.
Speaker 3It came out in 2000. You were born in 1995. 2009. Oh yeah you're right.
Speaker 1Where did I watch it at?
Speaker 3I don't't know. I doubt you watched it five. I watched this years later, but I think like three or four of them were already out hey, oh, you know what you know?
Speaker 1I probably rented from blockbuster. Hell yeah, blockbuster rip.
Speaker 3We still love you, it's coming back but not as a movie rental place, as an airbnb, not that too. But I think it's gonna be like a club and like a like bar no way, I'm mistaken. Yeah, I read something about that I only select a handful locations, so I'm assuming like new york and la, probably, but chicago, what's wrong, chicago?
Speaker 1nothing. May 16th actually coming out soon I'll be on for that one I'm down for sure. Um, speaking of chicago, before we get into the last movie, I mean, have you ever tried the?
Speaker 3uh, I'm down for sure. Speaking of Chicago, before we get into the last movie, I mean, have you ever tried the rooftop movie theaters Out there?
Speaker 1I have, you have to try it and it's in Wrigleyville too, which is so funny. I'm always there For the Cubs. You know what I'm saying. So, yeah, actually, that's one of my Buckles I'm going to go to this year 100% movie, the rooftop movie. Yeah, mine too. I'm for sure going this year let's go.
Speaker 3Oh, I got a date now. Okay, um, but I like going to the wrigley von jess general dude yeah, there's like um, is it a regal movie theater right next to it. Super nice. I think I made a tiktok on it last year when I went to go see. Uh, the ninja turtle movie is very cool. I like wrigley. I'm gonna go see. To go see Pulse Malone in Wrigleyville, yeah, nice, how's that? I'm going to see it.
Speaker 1Oh nice, I'm excited for it, Excited for it. Yeah, you got tickets, obviously. Yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah, I've seen Pulse Malone last year, f1, trillion baby. I'm obsessed with that album. Yeah, I was about that. Yeah, it's like yeah, I love country music, fuck beyonce. So I gotta say everyone's cancel beyonce. I, I'm kind of. I'll sign that petition yeah, but like I said, we're gonna talk about um valentine's. I think it came out on valentine's day too, because it came up against captain america. We're gonna talk about the horror movie hard eyes yeah this movie.
Speaker 3The trailer looked good. I'm not gonna give you. I'll give you that the looked good. It looked like a good slasher film. I didn't go see this. I wasn't planning on going to see this until you asked about it. And now that you asked me, I'm kind of pissed at you that you made me watch this movie. Why, man?
Speaker 2This movie sucked ass.
Speaker 1The movie was good.
Speaker 3No, I even told them like I wouldn't be surprised if I found out ai wrote this movie script. I could see that there was zero character character development. The plot was there was no plot. It was just like this killer just kick, wanted to kill because they wanted to. Yeah and uh. They threw in a forced, unrealistic relationship in this movie. I agree it was ridiculous.
Speaker 3I. It was so ridiculous I really wanted to walk out of this movie theater. It was that bad. Uh, for those who don't know it's for the past several years, the hard ice killer has wrecked havoc on valentine's day by stalking, murdering romantic couples. This valentine's day is no cup or valentine's day no couple is safe. I mean, this movie's crazy. It it was directed by Philip Murphy, written by Christopher Landon and Michael Kennedy and I looked up some of their old work, michael Kennedy and stuff like that. They wrote like similar movies of this.
Speaker 1Which was what?
Speaker 3Like Freaky back in 2020, Paranormal Activity in 2014.
Speaker 1Oh wow, Really that's crazy.
Speaker 3It's. I mean Really that's crazy. I don't know what they exactly did on there. I kind of doubt he wrote that because this movie just sucked ass.
Speaker 1According to Rotten Tomatoes, this is 81%.
Speaker 3Fuck Rotten Tomatoes. It's a 6.5 on IMBD.
Speaker 1Everything else is good, though. Just watch 80% Empire Magazine 4 out of 5. It was good. I liked it. I'm going to do a spoiler. The movie was great to me. What killed me? When I walk out, he's like you don't remember me. What do you mean? I'm on Bumble.
Speaker 3Oh my, this motherfucker Dude. As soon as they show this guy character on screen, I'm like that's a killer. I already knew it.
Speaker 1Yeah, I knew it. I bet you that's new, just the way he just is. You know when a suspect is and it is.
Speaker 3This is like CSI kind of top of acting Like Law and Order back in the early 2000s.
Speaker 2This is the story.
Speaker 3SVU. Going back to it, I mean let's go from the beginning, because the movie opens up with a stupid romantic proposal.
Speaker 1Oh my God, yeah, that was rehearsed by a couple douchebags.
Speaker 3I't there, by the way I was doing, to take out the photos you're the one like I didn't get it exactly my bad bro redo it exactly so then, uh, and then they all three get murdered, like this movie is very, very gruesome, like some of the ways that they're killed is like I give them this like very creative, like that one chicken in the barrel In the barrel? I don't even know what that machine was for. I feel like it's for the wine, Probably. She got smushed in that Like and you see her head explode.
Speaker 1Oh yeah for sure.
Valentine's Day Murder Mystery Review
Speaker 3Yeah, I mean, this is a good slasher movie. If you're into slashers, yeah for sure. But, um, but going into like some of the editing for the sound like the blood is like super jelly and stuff like that, like the the knives are extra loud you know, like there's no way that this is happening. There was like maybe like one or two jump scares that I felt like didn't even do a good job as a jump scare and it's mostly like someone's cell phone ringing in the next scene or something like that.
Speaker 1Oh yeah, I couldn't even say it because it was literally no jump scare to me. I was laughing more than I was like.
Speaker 3I mean, I've read some reviews on Letterboxd about this movie and the reason it got higher reviews from most people Because people were able to not be like me and and just laugh at it versus criticize it. Yeah, I can respect that, but to me I just did not see any humor in this either yeah, the humor was humor, was the humor, was that corny shit, I tell you.
Speaker 1But going back to that guy again by that bumble part, I'm like, oh my god, I need to smear. He had to kill it the main lead, olivio hall.
Speaker 3I just couldn't stand her in this movie. I thought she sucked at acting. I agree I could agree with that.
Speaker 1I don't know I recognize anything she else been in, but like she felt acted like this, this was a hallmark movie almost yes, yes, yes, exactly it felt like a home run because like the way, how, like the touch and the kissing, all that shit, like the cheesy ending, yeah, oh my god.
Speaker 3We'll talk about the ending a little bit, but I hated the ending and also her co-star lead, mason Gooding, who I know, I've seen him before and I like him. I think he's a good actor and I think he kind of carried their scenes together 100%. But I mean, it's just the script that kind of did him dirty Like instead of being a heroic man or anything like that, like they could have did his character a little bit better I agree, yeah, they did him wrong.
Speaker 3Man, that's my boy, I'm trying to see what else he's been in scream duh. That's all I know. I'm scream uh fall book smarts, hard eyes. Aftermath yeah, that's how I know. It was one, two k. I forgot about that. Have you seen Y2K?
Speaker 1I know Y2K Jericho.
Speaker 3Y2K just came out last December. Very, very funny and ridiculous. If you like Hard Eyes, you would definitely like Y2K.
Speaker 1You gotta check it out.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1I'm so excited I have so much movie in my bucket list to watch Past and new.
Speaker 3Even the friend in this movie. Her name's Monica in the movie, but Gigi Zimbardo. I felt like something was up with her character the entire time, like I thought for sure, especially the scene at the end where they're calling and she was in the car. I thought the killer was going to be sitting next to her or something like that, yeah, they could have made the killer more creative, though I ain't gonna lie.
Speaker 3Yeah, I mean they took inspiration from I can't remember the other movie. This movie just came out like two years ago, but it was a ridiculous movie just like this, with a mask, hard Eyes, really. They didn't even give a backstory of why these killers liked killing couples. He said that's their kink. Oh yeah, it was ridiculous reasoning.
Speaker 1Like what the fuck is that about? Yeah, they get off on it and shit. It's kind of wild. And it was a cop who was in on it too, which I think that was like damn, we didn't expect that.
Speaker 3Well, the cop's name in this movie pissed me the fuck off. It was Hobbs and Shaw.
Speaker 1What a ridiculous thing, ridiculous. But what a coincidence is that I kept listening to the guy for some reason. Man, why does this guy look so familiar? What do you know? He came on Final Destination, final.
Speaker 3Destination. I was going to bring that up too, and she came on Fast and Furious too, yeah. Yeah, but do you know he's the guy kid from Casper? Casper, yeah, I did not know that.
Speaker 1He looks familiar too.
Speaker 3And next, thing, you know, I'm like oh yeah, dude, the chick from Fast and Furious, she plays Don's sister right, yeah, don's sister. I hated her in this role. I like her in Fast and Furious movies, but this one she just plays like a Like a dirty cop who likes flirting with a 17-year-old.
Speaker 1Yeah, I feel like she was, he's not 17.
Speaker 3He's yeah, I feel like it's the way she was acting, like it was actually I like her death a lot, though, like that shit was nasty, yeah well, there was another one thing to find a destination.
Speaker 1No, I tell my dad when they're in the car smashing that shit was crazy too.
Speaker 3That was, that was in the trailer that whole scene pissed me off. Okay, let's keep going online so, like I said, yeah, the movie opens up with like this couple getting proposed to and stuff like that. The killer comes and kills the photographer and then this couple in gruesome ways he also shoots arrows. For what? Oh, I guess the Cupid, the Cupid. Yeah, yeah, I was like what the fuck was that? But I just put it together now. Yeah, cut to later. You know, it's Five years later.
Speaker 1It's not five, it's the same year. Oh yeah, but they say five years later.
Speaker 3Because this guy travels from like city to city, doing this every year.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 3Wouldn't you think people would just stay home on Valentine's Day? Then I would, yeah, no-transcript is it seattle, seattle yeah, seattle. So they're in seattle now, like he's already killed that first couple in the movie. And then the main main characters, ali and Jay. They're working together, they're working on this big project together. Yeah, the killer mistakes them for a couple.
Speaker 1Yeah, I was about to say that's so funny.
Speaker 3It's not funny Because they thought it was a sitcom. It was like Corky, we're not a couple, we're just yeah, I know they're like's.
Speaker 1no, we're not. Yeah, we are no, we're not.
Speaker 2Yeah, it was so ridiculous.
Speaker 1So then, um I think it was more ridiculous. When they're at the coffee shop they get the same order. Oh yeah, you mean jinx, jinx, that they hit each other and each other again like oh my god, get on with the damn part, man. Damn, see what you gotta do.
Speaker 3Damn, this movie is very short, it's like an hour and a half, yeah, yeah. So then they get chased by the killer because the killer thinks there's a couple. Actually, he shows up in the closet and they try to do like random funny stuff in this too, like they get like try to stab him with a dildo or some shit like that do you?
Speaker 1I heard dude that scene right there. They copied it 100% from Halloween 2018. Do you remember that? Maybe? So I remember when the and it looked like oh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3I was like oh shit, that was pretty dope but they get away from him and all they do is shut the door. Yeah with the belt. Yeah, we get trapped. We got him trapped in here and I was like and then they're trying to. This is a pretty crazy night, right. I was like shut the fuck up yeah, of course corny ass shit.
Speaker 3Yeah, so they get away from him and the killer tries chasing them. The she the killer ends up like wounding Jay and she kind of leaves him behind. Yeah well, the cops finally show up and the killer just plants his mask and his knife by them and they think Jay's a killer and they're all celebrating like we got it, we got it. And I was like what the fuck? They were not even listening to anyone's evidence or anything like that. Yeah, so quick judgment. And then the hobs and shaw comes in like thinking they're bad asses what's your name hobs?
Speaker 1what's your name sean? Oh, you're talking about, like the movie hobs and sean. They had a quote that, of course, in that moment I go oh my god, it's so stupid.
Speaker 3So then they're like interrogating the guy. You know that something goes on in the shower. The guy was like wait here, lover boy. I was like shut the fuck up get the fuck out of here. And this is where you meet the IT guy who was, like I said, the second you see him. He's like, he's like hey this is obviously the killer obviously I don't even feel bad about spoiling this movie, because the movie sucked.
Speaker 1No one should go see it you should 100% go see it, slash your movie for sure, so that, um just make sure you get the shot this time and like there's nobody working at this police station because the killer ends up coming there and killing yeah what a coincidence.
Speaker 3Yeah, and they end up, um, they get a couple officers killed there too. Yeah, she ends up going her plan of attack because she thinks like the doors creek cracked open a little bit, and the one thing she grabs is the american flag yeah, to like defend herself with. I was like what the fuck is going on here. I was like you got anything, you're.
Speaker 1You're in a fucking police station to call somebody for help yeah, I think what was up, though, when he turned the night vision on. That's pretty sick, I guess that's pretty sick.
Speaker 3No, I've been watching streaming a lot lately like youtube streamers, and uh, one of them was finite is freddie, and they have like a flashlight scene. That one's pretty sick. No, I've been watching streaming a lot lately like YouTube streamers, and one of them was Finite is Freddy, and they have like a flashlight scene. That one's pretty scary. So, anyways, they end up escaping and they run into a nearby drive-in movie theater.
Speaker 1Yeah, how do all the places, how do drive-in movie theater they?
Speaker 3don't even try warning anybody. They don't. They just run and hide. It's like this guy's killing couples and he brought them to this fucking feast. You know, so they run, they randomly jump into this car and the backseat of the car, the van. These random people like hippies just start having sex.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3And they just stay in there and they don't even acknowledge that they're there, like what the fuck is going on right now? And then the killer is clearly walking around. You see him in the windows. And then you see the movie playing and you're like, oh, I haven't seen this movie since I was a little girl. I was like Pitch, you're about to die. What the fuck is going on? Yeah, this gets to the point for real. And then they end up escaping, like luckily they end up escaping and they're like you know what? It's gonna start with us.
Speaker 3It's gonna end with us like shut up oh yeah, long story short, I don't want to get any more too. They get dragged into a church. So the church scene was pretty cool, but like in my mind I was like the whole thing is filled with candles because he wants to make like like, almost like a wedding, almost, yeah, yeah. But my mind's like who the fuck lit all these candles? Like, did you guys do this on purpose? Like what's going on right now, yeah, and then they end up getting killed in pretty gruesome ways and the movie cuts to one year later. They go back on a date to the movie theater, the driving theater yeah and the guy goes like, would you want to move in with me?
Speaker 3and she's no, I want to marry you. And she proposes to him yeah okay, okay, love that.
Speaker 1That's a little different.
Speaker 3I'm saying I so fucking random. They fell in love over like a span of what like six hours yeah get the fuck out of here.
Speaker 1I rate this movie eight nine out of eight out of ten, shut up 100% you probably you're like getting really close and not coming back on this podcast.
Speaker 3Six, I mean eight, out of ten. I definitely get this movie like a four out of ten. I know probably a three out of ten. You think they would at least have a dope soundtrack. They don't. They have nothing. No, their budget was so small in this movie. Yeah, they have definitely showed for sure. Yeah, I think this movie flopped hard, but knowing hollywood, they probably wouldn't make a sequel to this I hope not I think I'm good with this.
Speaker 1This is like a scream knockoff yeah I could see that for sure.
Speaker 3Yeah, thick ass mask and shit yeah yeah, do you think this would be like a big um halloween costume? No I think this movie honestly was just a tiny bit worse than the purge movies and that movie got like eight sequels yeah, it did damn.
Speaker 1The purge is pretty good, though I didn't like the purge. I love the purge.
Speaker 3No, I didn't you like that one? No, well, I think I only seen like the first two. Yeah, I love them all. No, it was ridiculous. Um, but this movie is just as ridiculous, I think. So who knows, it might get a little bit better. Um, hard eyes. I would hate for it to be the same thing every single time it's valentine's day. There's a new killer. Switch it up, maybe give it a Halloween one. You can release it on Halloween, when it's a little bit more scarier.
Speaker 2I agree.
Speaker 3Yeah, some movies I feel like are just meant to be around Halloween.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 3This probably would have been done a lot better down in Halloween, October time.
Speaker 1Yeah see this movie again in theaters. Yes, oh, no wait, you just said I swear I wouldn't. No, I literally just told you. I take it up like bro, I want to see this again. Even though I wanted, I really didn't want to see him again theater, I just didn't have time.
Speaker 3Yeah, I would, definitely the only possible scenario I see myself re-watching this movie is like a group of friends are over. They want something stupid to laugh at. I want to laugh. Yeah, this movie scared. Yeah this movie sucked. It's unforgettable. It's going to be one of my worst movies of the year. This is the worst movie I've seen in 2024. So far, five, 2025, sorry, so far. Have you been to the theaters besides this movie yet? Oh, you've seen Captain America.
Speaker 1There's Nosferatu.
Speaker 3Okay, that's already on Peacock. I just saw it this morning.
Speaker 1Already Dang. Yeah, that's it. I've seen Nosferatu.
Speaker 3I went to go see one of them days for the second time the other day.
Speaker 2What was it?
Speaker 3I like it. It's a Kiki Palmer SZA movie. People are comparing it to Friday and I kind of hate that they do that. But it's a good movie. It's a funny movie. Once you get into your first laugh because it takes a while to get there you're pretty much chuckling the rest of the time. Yeah yeah, but I'm excited to get into our next movie. Let's just jump right into it. We're going to talk about the 2000 Final Destination, the first of a franchise.
Speaker 1I was five, by the way. I thought I was in the movie theaters, but I was not. What, what? I was five, by the way. I thought I was watching the movies. I did not. You did not what. Watch this at the movie theaters? Oh yeah, that's what I told you you were five. I know what I'm saying. I want to correct that, yeah this movie is about.
Speaker 3After getting a pre-motion pre-monotion about a plane crash on a school trip, alex, a student, saves a few of his classmates. However, the situation gets complicated when death starts chasing them. Movie was directed by James Wong. Written by Glenn Morgan, james Wong and Jeffrey Riddick.
Speaker 1Flight 180. How do you feel about that, bro? I know you travel here and there, but, man, I just don't know, holy shit.
Speaker 3Well, on top of that, in the news planes are crashing left and right. I swear.
Speaker 1I'm like dang, that's crazy. I'm like fuck, because I literally watched the other day. I'm like oh my gosh, it's literally like Saturday in today's world.
Speaker 3Yeah, it's pretty fucking intense. I did get nervous because I'm flying later this year to Disney. This plane exploded after takeoff, basically.
Speaker 1How would you feel if you were on the flight and this girl would start screaming?
Speaker 3like that, like someone else.
Speaker 1Like we're gonna die. How would you feel? I would probably want to get off. I'd get off too. To be honest, that's the same time I'm like fuck it. Nah, that's the same time. I probably wouldn't get off, fuck it.
Speaker 3That's crazy. That happened a couple years ago, remember, like that person is not real. Yeah, you're right. Yeah, whatever happened to that, I don't know yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1Yeah, but I think I probably would take this just to be safe. I'd probably get off too as well. Know what I'm saying?
Speaker 3how crazy the world, the world is nowadays yeah, I did get anxiety though flying, but by the time I november comes I'll be over probably yeah, aren't you flying to mexico next month?
Speaker 1japan next month japan next month yeah, where's mexico? Uh may okay, okay, yeah, yeah, I'm a little well good thing about uh, japan. It's non it's 13 hours.
Speaker 3And it's one of those bigger, comfortable ones too. Right yeah, that's pretty cool, you're first class. No, I haven't done that.
Speaker 1I was trying something 9 Gs and all you know what I'm good, yeah, yeah. All I got is me and my nice 13-hour flight. And what do you call those Compression socks? Those flights that have like a full house bed in there and shit, yeah, I was. That's what it is. Nine g's, oh yeah, I'm like I'm good, yeah, maybe maybe one day final destination.
Speaker 3This movie is such an early 2000s movie like with the haircuts alone I was cracking up which all the guys just had like gel in the hair, like pushed up with spiked up in front. Were you one of those guys? Uh, yeah, and like around that time of the year. I remember my mom mom did that for me. I was like in elementary school.
Speaker 1I used to call it moco de gorrilla, yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah, I tried that a couple times. No, I can't do that, no more Same. You know who almost starred in this, or they wanted to. Originally it was Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. Really, I could see that. I could totally see it too, but it's funny that two years later they got casted in Spider-Man.
Speaker 1It's so funny how things work. Tomei, tobi could have died again and Demi could have died again. Jeez, jeez.
Speaker 3Alright, let's go to the beginning of this movie. This movie, it was great at the time, great, I would say Now. I was like okay, they heavily leaned on foreshadowing a lot in this movie. Yep, like anytime this guy looked at anything or the music would spike up in tone.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3It was like showing a pair of scissors on the cart counter, or something like that.
Speaker 2Like, okay, that's obvious, it's going to come into play later.
Speaker 3Um, so this kid opens like it's not open. The movie opens up with this kid getting ready for a trip and his mom notices on his luggage oh, you still have the tag from this trip. It's like I keep it for good luck. And she's like fuck that. And she rips it off. I was like, okay, you just fuck this guy now. So, um, I think I think this whole movie happens because of that. You think so? That's my theory. He's going on a class trip to France. This movie was going to be about seven strangers.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 3But because of the teen slasher movies popularity at the time, they changed it to high school students Mm-hmm. Okay. So they go on this plane. They have such early 2000s. There's a couple making out the entire time, two brothers bickering and fighting, some bullies and stuff like that. They all ride on this plane. Well, he starts noticing stuff Like the tray will come on, dude, if you don't do this, something like that. And then, of course, he sees the explosion and then, in the blink of an eye, he's back in his seat right before the plane takes off, freaks out. He ends up getting several things kicked off and one of them is actually um, sean williams. Yeah, sean was the movie from american pie. Our dude, where's my car?
Speaker 3our dude, where's my car yeah, where's my car, dude sean williams scott is one of them, is I forgot he was in this movie.
Speaker 1Yeah, he was cool and and once again, we got casper in the movie from hard eyes. Yeah, he's a main character, right?
Speaker 3yep, alex devin sawa yep, so yeah ali larder plays clear rivers. I found her character kind of annoying in this movie, like annoying and random, like she just got off because like I don't know something about it just makes me want to get off. I was like bitch, he's screaming to get off, like tell me what to do, just go get off, bitch. But she's like the quiet girl in class, like that and um, I thought it was so random. She welds, she's into welding at the age of 17 or something like that. That's pretty dope Making art. That looks stupid as hell.
Speaker 3And now everyone's going crazy now because of trade school now, yeah, yeah, but she didn't want to do it for a trade, like for a job, she just wanted to make it for her art, yeah, yeah. So everyone gets off and of course, everyone's pissed at them until I like how they show this detail, like they're watching from the window and their plane does explode. And of course, the police think it's suspicion because, like, they got off the plane, like how the fuck do you know? You got off the plane. I for sure think this is pre-2011, though, yeah, for sure think they would have kept him.
Speaker 3Like until they figure out exactly what happened. Even so, it doesn't explain how he knows what happens. It's hard to tell when it's a vision and then, one by one, him and his classmates start dying and it's part. This movie is very Like. You jump in logic so quick, yeah, without even giving the second thought. It's like you know what? I think we were meant to die in that plane and something's after us. It's like okay, like, and something's after us. I was like okay.
Speaker 1And no matter what, he has a sheet ready from all the people he was sat in, right, I'm like, bro, how do you just keep that on you, right?
Speaker 3He puts it out of his pocket or something like that.
Speaker 1Yeah, you died this order, it was this order. I'm like what the fuck?
Speaker 3Get that away from me he ends up putting it together and he notices. Well, he doesn't really for sure think it until his best friend dies, who I thought was one of the Macaulay brothers, honestly for the longest, but um.
Speaker 1Todd Wagon, I can see that.
Speaker 3But he ends up dying in a freak All these are freak accidents, by the way, like the toilet starts leaking and he slips and he gets his neck wrapped around.
Speaker 1Around the uh the head, like the toilet starts leaking and it slips and he gets his neck wrapped around, around around the uh the the head, the head, head. Brush with the shower so stupid.
Speaker 3I was like what do you think? You could just stand up? You could just stand up and get away with it low-key.
Speaker 1When I saw that the first time, like, however, I was like probably seven years old at that time, because it's two years later, whatever I got scared, saying trying to take a shower, bro, really, yes, I was like bro, what if that happens to me? I got scared. That's why, well, that's why when I, at that time, when I took a shower, I did a bucket shower, so I made sure I made sure that did not not happen to me.
Speaker 3Oh heck, no I was the same way for uh 13 ghost. Oh yeah, you see that one I have that though like one of the ghosts are like taking a bath, but like the bad best full of blood. But we don't see that.
Speaker 1We just see like an empty tub so like I was scared for that for the longest taking showers oh, that's just so scary, and every time, like, let's do it like if there's water around, I always make sure I had twirls over the floor.
Speaker 3Dude, I was so scared like damn but the scary part with that was like this the water got sucked back up in the toilet. It's a clear, like it's evidence. Yeah, like what the heck some of the other deaths were. Like, um, the teacher she gets, she, like this death was very planned. Like she serves herself like hot tea, decides like this is ass and throws it out. So she gets her some ice cold vodka and it cracks the mug. The mug leaks out of the computer, the computer explodes, jabbing a glass into her neck. She ends up going over to the tape kitchen and, like we're trying to grab a towel, a knife falls on her chest directly and like uh, the chair falls over and pushes the knife deeper into her chest it's like damn how much more could you get because you sustain you, and on top of that, the fucking place exploded.
Speaker 1Yeah, it's like you could've just started with that. We'll be good on that next um. Sean's character gets his head sliced off by a piece of metal that comes off that's the reason why I'm like every time I always when there's a long train, I don't wanna fuck around and get out.
Speaker 1I really just originally like really freaked you out, yeah yeah, it really freaked me out like man, like, oh my god, what's gonna happen? Like dude, that's like if I see something around there, I would hope like it's in my car or something like that. Yeah I didn't know you're in there now I think about my man.
Speaker 2That shit could really happen for real no, it can't, yeah, I can't, I think all right.
Speaker 1I think that part can think about there's always stuff.
Final Destination Movie Discussion
Speaker 3There's always stuff that piece of metal got hit by a hook hanging down. What the fuck is a hook doing at the bottom of a train you never know no um was another death. I mean, I think that was it for the deaths, right? Um, let's see. Besides, like the last, there's three people remaining. No one gets hit by a bus. Yeah, he gets hit by a bus. No, the girl did. Yeah, one of the girls gets hit by a bus.
Speaker 3I can't fuck with you yeah, she walks away and then three people survive and they think they escaped death because they skipped the order it was gonna go into before that, though, how crazy was Alex trying to think he could survive himself that electric cord off of her hood? Yeah, I think he's fucking Superman. Yeah, the fuck.
Speaker 1I hold her as long as I can like. Not even one second, wouldn't you?
Speaker 3like because she couldn't get out of the car because like it was getting electrocuted and if you touched the handle it was metal to metal. You were shocking yourself. Yeah, just put your shirt. But like I'm sure it was in front of a garage. Like you don't have a rake, you can push that thing off of.
Speaker 1You know Can't put a neutral. Well, the car's dead, so yeah, it was ridiculous.
Speaker 3And then he ends up surviving. But, yeah, how the hell did he survive that? I think a year later, the three remaining people One of the guys who hated the other guy yeah, they all decided to do a trip to Paris together. No, it was like nine months later.
Speaker 1Yeah, nine months later.
Speaker 3yeah, it wasn't even a full year, and he's like we made it guys. I was like why did you feel like you had to go there? Fucking Carter? It was so ridiculous with that too, but I'll give it this, it was very creative. And then the deaths and stuff like that. It was always as an audience member. I feel like you were very involved because, like I said, it was very foreshadowing. So you kind of constantly think that's going to come into play. You're really paying attention, I feel like so I think the storytellers did very good with that.
Speaker 3The directing was awesome. They just keep evolving every year. I don't know if the director, james Wong, is in touch with all of them, but he killed it in this role for being an early 2000s role. That scene alone in the beginning of the movie when it's like his alarm clock 1 am and it turns into flight 180 or something like that yeah, I just read like it took like five days to get that right damn so I mean you got to think that the advanced technical advances we have now, what did not exist back then so we could do it ourselves now probably wouldn't want to try.
Speaker 1I don't want to try fuck that. Yeah, I don't know. Have I ever seen 180 like attached to my flight or whatever? What if your Japan flight's 180 fuck, would you still go?
Speaker 3hell yeah, I'd go fucking shit, stop me, baby shit.
Speaker 1If I die, I die, like they say. They call me señor de los cielos, lord of the skies you're lord of the skies, lord of the Skies.
Speaker 3You're Lord of the Skies, narcos, thinking you're fucking Maui and shit, hell yeah.
Speaker 1I give this movie 8 out of 10 as well.
Speaker 3I think I would agree with you 8 out of 10. That's pretty fair with this one. Like I said, for the time I felt like it was pretty ground, but actually I wouldn't say it's too original because this movie was based off. This movie was supposed to be supposed to be like a concept idea for CSI 5?.
Speaker 2Something Files.
Speaker 3Something Files in 1994.
Speaker 1No X-Files, X-Files. Remember that yeah.
Speaker 3It was supposed to be an episode for that, but then they liked it so much they decided to turn it into a movie. Eventually, like I said, it was going to be Seven Strangers versus Seven. Turn into a movie. Eventually, like I said, there's gonna be seven strangers versus seven um classmates, yeah, so I think they did a good job yeah, yeah, I don't think this is. I think this is the only one where it's high schoolers right.
Speaker 1Yeah, but yeah so, yes, I like it though, because, like there's more, there's more fondest nations and there's different other groups of people do you think they're gonna be like we would get more high school slasher films?
Speaker 3I can't remember the last one.
Speaker 1We shouldn't the high school film. What was films? I can't remember the last one we should. The high school film was that one on Netflix. It was called Fear Street. That was the high school one.
Speaker 3I don't think.
Speaker 1I remember that or seen that it's a good one, and they're adding more, to two more, I believe. So I'm excited for that too, do you like?
Speaker 3the Menendez Brothers story. I haven't watched it yet.
Speaker 1Oh, come on, bro, I finally got Verizon Shout out to Verizon. Verizon hooked me up. They gave me the whole bundle ESPN Plus HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, T-Mobile has that too For $20? Can't beat it, yeah, oh they do.
Speaker 3T-mobile has a free Netflix for free. I just have ads, oh do you? Oh yeah, I got ads too. Oh yeah, T-Mobile's better than that. Fuck T-Mobile Rez, no ding. But yeah, the Menendez Brothers story is pretty cool. I'm going to watch it. I'm trying to give you recommendations for like.
Speaker 1Here's all the money for the dimes you need.
Speaker 2Grandma, you moron Fucking money, fucking dimes, Dimes, dimes, dimes.
Speaker 1Motherfucking dimes that's so fucking funny, but the way she says it so smooth like, ugh, grandma, you fucking moron.
Speaker 2I said I need dimes, dimes. He said yes, motherfucker, yes, and he got all those colors in there.
Speaker 1I should put your hymn next time. Yeah, tight ass shirt that was pretty good that was pretty good. That was pretty good. Do you have to be in a thong? In a thong swimsuit or what? Yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah, I'm trying to think of other horror movies. I know you're big into the Halloween movies. We talked about the Halloween movies on this podcast before, so are you excited about the new show or are you thinking you should just leave it alone for a?
Speaker 1while, man, I'm still pissed how they ended the Halloween franchise. Yeah, the first two were great. They were great. They just said, eh, fuck it, we did our best, fuck them, basically. You know who Danny McBride wrote those.
Speaker 3Yeah, from the health anthem.
Speaker 2I heard.
Anticipated Movie Releases and Personal Growth
Speaker 3Yeah, it's kind of disappointing. Let's talk about this actually. What movies are you excited you're coming up for this year, that you're looking forward to looking at it right now? Let's see what we got. I mean, obviously Fantastic Four is gonna be a big one. Superman's gonna be a big one.
Speaker 1I wasn't, I'm never, I was. I was excited about Superman. Like you know, I'm not excited. I'm not a really big Fantastic Four fan.
Speaker 3I have my heart yeah, but I'm excited to see them finally join the mcu oh, I know when I'm really really looking forward to it.
Speaker 1I just saw predator badlands. Is that gonna be a hulu original? They said it's gonna it's. They said it's gonna go in theaters, but he said it's hulu after well, alien robulus, I heard it was great for a sequel too. Yeah, I think, but it's not a sequel. This is before again.
Speaker 3Oh man.
Speaker 1See like they gotta pick a timeline.
Speaker 3man Well, on top of that, they're getting a TV show on Hulu too.
Speaker 1Yeah, now I'm excited, we'll see. Those are the most. Two I'm looking forward to is Badlands and Fun Destination, were you?
Speaker 3a big fan of the Batman, robert Pattinson. No, no, that just got pushed back to 2027, I believe I saw that, and you know what else hurts me is Spider-Man to the Spider-Verse.
Speaker 2That got pushed back to 2030.
Speaker 3They just can't find a script they're happy with. I think there has to be more than that. I think there has to be more than that. There has to be what else? Mickey 17, another Robin Panson movie. It's going to be on in a couple weeks. I'm excited for that one. The Oscars are coming up next week. I'm very excited about that, hosted by Conan O'Brien, who I love. What's going on for the rest of the year? You're a big photographer. It's getting busy season for you too.
Speaker 1Yeah, I just started. I had a. I had a shoot today in home session for a baptism shoot. I did that. Yeah, I got a lot of stuff planned this year with vacations, my vacations, my work vacations, my photography on top of my regular job in a corporate job, so it'll be a fun year. I'm excited. I've uh, I've taken close, I've been close to my better, um, getting best, better with my mental health and physical health, spirituality. So I've been doing that lately. I've been getting close to my better, getting better with my mental health and physical health Fuck yeah, spirituality. So I've been doing that lately. I've been focusing on myself, just trying to be the better version of myself. You know, getting 30, getting older, 30.
Speaker 3Proud of you.
Speaker 1Thanks, bro. But yeah, I'm excited. I'm just ready to see what's going to go on this year. So I'm just taking day by day. You know I have a lot of anxiety when I always like to plan out more, so I just try to take it day by day. Enjoy the moment. You know what I'm saying. I'm excited for that. Yeah, I'm happy to hear that.
Speaker 3How about you, bro? I'm doing the same thing, traveling a lot more, and stuff like that.
Speaker 1Like yeah, my mental health is probably the thing for sure.
Speaker 3I want to focus more on your photography though. Yeah, yeah, you just finished doing a Valentine's Day giveaway, a contest. Yeah, are you planning to?
Speaker 1do more of that this year. Maybe I don't know for what mini sessions. I do got my mommies and me coming up this year, so it's coming up in May, so I'm excited. Yeah, where can people find you? Instagram and Facebook find you uh, instagram and facebook.
Speaker 3Instagram c bass actually an e x, adding actually an extra a and uh, c bass?
Speaker 1yeah, it was. I'm excited, though it's gonna be a good year for sure.
Speaker 3Yeah, I'll tell you in the instagram post if you want to keep it out. That's the best way to contact you about these sessions if you want to check out your work yeah, I have my email address as well too hell yeah, c bass. Like I said, I'm gonna have you on a couple of watches for the new final destination, because that's going to be a big movie.
Speaker 1I'm excited for that. I'm excited for that too.
Speaker 3You're going to go to C2E2 this year. I've never been to C2E2. Oh really, it's coming up in early April, oh yeah.
Speaker 1I probably won something. I want to go to egypt. Yeah, I'm trying to plan my uh, my last big four, or four or five trips around.
Speaker 3I'm trying to be mature.
Speaker 1Get my own house, yeah that's cool colombia, italy, spain, france, dubai what are you gonna do in dubai?
Speaker 3ride the camels ride the camels.
Speaker 1Baby, you're gonna ride a camel? Hell yeah, and drive a Lambo jeez, that's just not on my bucket list to do that yeah but good for you.
Speaker 3Yeah, um too bad. You said thank you for coming on, thank you brother, I appreciate you.
Speaker 1I like talking movies with you all the time, always, always. It's always a pleasure for having me. Thank you, are you going to see? Maybe I think I am, just because I have a lot of boys, a lot of my good friends. They love marbles and they're into all that, but that's why we always have a group together. I'm gonna have definitely have to invite you to one of them.
Speaker 3I feel like you'll like it yeah, on top of that, we'll be hanging out again, because your 30th birthday is coming up and you're doing a big birthday bash. I know you want to raffle off some tickets to go to there from this podcast yeah, maybe, maybe, maybe black attire, though black attire. Thank you for everyone listening. Stay tuned next week. I'm trying to think it's going to be an open tabs episode. So then everyone stay tuned next week, where I'll be saving you a seat. Outro Music.
