Mindset, Mess & Magic with Hayley Scott Summers
It doesnât matter who you are or where youâve come from - you have the power to turn your mess into magic.
Here, we believe in your ability to create a life that feels aligned with your core values and desires, through the practice of radical responsibility, self-compassion, and aligned action.
This isnât your typical personal development podcast.
Mindset, Mess & Magic is for women who are ready to break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with who they truly are, and build a life and business they genuinely love.
Hosted by Hayley Scott Summers - coach, multi-business owner, speaker, and raised within a high-control, patriarchal religious environment as a Jehovahâs Witness, this podcast explores the powerful link between your past, your programming and the life youâre currently living.
Through her lived experience, Hayley brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to conversations around identity, self-worth, and autonomy. She understands first-hand how early conditioning, expectation and external authority can shape the way we think, show up, and what we believe weâre capable and worthy of creating.
Inside this podcast, youâll find honest conversations and powerful shifts around:
⢠healing from religious and societal conditioning
⢠rebuilding self-trust and self-worth
⢠unlearning people-pleasing and perfectionism
⢠reclaiming your voice, autonomy and personal power
⢠taking aligned action to create a life and business that lights you up
This space is for women, entrepreneurs, creatives and anyone navigating the lasting impact of high-control environments or patriarchal systems, who are ready to rewrite their story.
No sugar-coating. No bullsh*t. No toxic positivity or self-gaslighting.

How To Navigate The Gap Between You And Your Dreams
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, I start with a very on-brand embarrassing story about me, a hire car, my faux fur coat, a forgotten lip gloss and the shocking realisation that some cars still need an actual key and a lever on the floor to open the petrol cap đ
I share honestly about my own season of being in pursuit of big dreams that havenât fully landed yet, and the very human thoughts that come with that: Is it ever going to happen? Am I good enough? Why does it feel so far away? I talk about a conversation with my daughter that grounded me - her reminder that I didnât pick small dreams, so of course theyâll take time, and why I genuinely believe itâs actually a privilege to even be in pursuit of a goal.
We explore how to look after yourself in the âalmostâ: practising self-compassion, building patience without becoming complacent, using gratitude to anchor you in the journey, and recognising that there are often lessons and inner work in the gap that prepare you for what youâre calling in. I also share one of my favourite practices: aligning your energy with the version of you who has already achieved your dreams, and showing up like her now - not waiting until you âget thereâ to embody her.
This oneâs for you if youâre showing up, doing the work, and wondering when your big dreams are finally going to catch up with youđŤ
