34: Adam Way, CEO, Global Wealth Strategies & Associates

On today's episode of Mindset Matters, I sat down with Adam Way, the CEO of GWS&A here in Denver, Colorado, and the leader of one of the best financial advisor teams in Colorado, if not the nation. 

Adam was kind enough to share his journey, as an active young man growing up in northern Colorado, to becoming an avid mountain biker and becoming part of multiple national championship teams at Fort Lewis College in Durango, to entering finance and eventually building the team he leads today. Sharing his personal habits as well as the impact his family and wife have had on him, Adam gave an insightful look into what has made him such a success in his field as well as an inspiration for his friends and colleagues alike.
