Duncan is the Assistant Director of Public Works for the city of Keene and manager of the Solid Waste Division. He is the author of "Everyone's Trash: One Man Against 1.6 Billion Pounds." As a boy, Duncan was the voice of the Peanuts character Charlie Brown. He now makes appearances at comic cons across the country. *This episode was recorded on location from the Keene Recycling Center and Transfer Station.
