This week, Tamara Loiselle, CEO of Synergraze, joins Foresight CEO Jeanette Jackson on the Cleantech Forward podcast. The two discuss their Synergraze’s fascinating algae-based biotechnology and how they are using it to help farmers reduce methane emissions from cattle. Tamara shares how she found her passion in the fight against climate change, and how she grew Synergraze from an idea to an award-winning agtech company.

Tamara Loiselle is the CEO of Synergraze, an Alberta-based biotechnology company making a greenhouse gas-reducing supplement for cattle from algae. From a BC ranching family, Tamara graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Agriculture in Environmental Science. With over 20 years experience, Tamara has been awarded a Queen's Diamond Jubilee medal for her environmental work with Indigenous communities and was named a TIME Magazine Hero Mom of the Year.
