My guest today is an multi-award-winning author, lecturer and writing instructor who has more than two dozen books to his credit, including five different fiction series as well as a number of forensic science books aimed at helping writers get their medical science-based stories right. With that you might have guessed he knows something about medicine, and you would be right – in addition to his many writing credits he has also been a practicing cardiologist for the last 45 years.
