replays,"},{"startTime":182.56,"endTime":183.66,"body":"you know,"},{"startTime":183.74,"endTime":187.56,"body":"like imagine if right now you just like sign on to Google"},{"startTime":187.56,"endTime":191.22,"body":"and send an email to a client and you've never seen like a"},{"startTime":191.22,"endTime":195.82,"body":"layout of an email automation and all of the background of"},{"startTime":195.82,"endTime":196.12,"body":"that."},{"startTime":196.84,"endTime":198.36,"body":"If I'm like, oh, okay,"},{"startTime":198.38,"endTime":201.04,"body":"let me show right?"},{"startTime":311.96,"endTime":316.44,"body":"Because I was someone who had a super wild change of birth"},{"startTime":316.44,"endTime":319.72,"body":"plan at the very, literally the last day, you know,"},{"startTime":319.96,"endTime":322.48,"body":"and it was so different than what I was planning,"},{"startTime":322.74,"endTime":324.12,"body":"so different than what I was expecting,"},{"startTime":324.3,"endTime":325.9,"body":"so different than what I was ready for."},{"startTime":326.62,"endTime":329.44,"body":"And then no one really helped me grieve,"},{"startTime":329.64,"endTime":331.48,"body":"like I had lots of just the like,"},{"startTime":331.48,"endTime":334.5,"body":"at least you have a healthy baby, at least you whatever,"},{"startTime":334.74,"endTime":338.6,"body":"you know, just just like, whoa, not helpful, as we know."},{"startTime":340.12,"endTime":344.16,"body":"But that means when I show up for clients that have similar"},{"startTime":344.16,"endTime":346.52,"body":"birth scenarios, I'm also like,"},{"startTime":347.68,"endTime":352.44,"body":"how can I support you in a way that I wasn't supported,"},{"startTime":352.6,"endTime":352.9,"body":"right?"},{"startTime":353.0,"endTime":355.56,"body":"And not making it about me, but like at the same be,"},{"startTime":367.28,"endTime":369.84,"body":"I don't know why accountant came to my head."},{"startTime":370.62,"endTime":374.82,"body":"I want to be the tax expert that I had as a child."},{"startTime":376.32,"endTime":379.24,"body":"I was at a birth today, so we're just going to blame that,"},{"startTime":379.4,"endTime":381.16,"body":"blame that baby and my exhaustion."},{"startTime":381.72,"endTime":382.08,"body":"Um,"},{"startTime":382.42,"endTime":387.14,"body":"but when I think about like what you really need in your"},{"startTime":387.14,"endTime":390.12,"body":"doula business is the starting place, right?"},{"startTime":390.64,"endTime":395.78,"body":"I had a coaching call with, um, some doulas and I,"},{"startTime":396.06,"endTime":399.24,"body":"I love my coaching calls are like my jam."},{"startTime":399.44,"endTime":400.58,"body":"Like I love them so much,"},{"startTime":400.68,"endTime":404.16,"body":"similar to birth planning where I'm like almost always,"},{"startTime":404.34,"endTime":408.62,"body":"like I would say 99.99% of the time you get off feeling"},{"startTime":408.62,"endTime":411.28,"body":"better than you got on as the client, right?"},{"startTime":411.5,"endTime":412.8,"body":"So like pregnant family comes,"},{"startTime":413.16,"endTime":415.48,"body":"we talk about birth and they're like, Oh,"},{"startTime":415.62,"endTime":417.34,"body":"I feel so good having you on my team."},{"startTime":417.6,"endTime":420.14,"body":"I also feel better about the birth process itself."},{"startTime":420.5,"endTime":422.28,"body":"Like that's generally the vibe, right?"},{"startTime":422.48,"endTime":423.7,"body":"And so same with coaching,"},{"startTime":423.7,"endTime":426.3,"body":"like where there's a lot of like, I got someone to listen to me, you know,"},{"startTime":431.6,"endTime":434.38,"body":"someone's like celebrating all of my amazing things."},{"startTime":434.94,"endTime":438.68,"body":"But I think also like being able to break something down"},{"startTime":438.68,"endTime":441.56,"body":"into a small step is hard, you know?"},{"startTime":442.16,"endTime":443.7,"body":"And so even just saying like,"},{"startTime":443.7,"endTime":447.34,"body":"this is the one thing that you need to get done, right?"},{"startTime":447.46,"endTime":451.18,"body":"Like we're not talking about like all the ways that you can"},{"startTime":451.18,"endTime":454.6,"body":"do this thing or like all the things in your business that"},{"startTime":454.6,"endTime":455.26,"body":"could be different."},{"startTime":455.7,"endTime":457.8,"body":"We're talking about this one step."},{"startTime":458.26,"endTime":461.94,"body":"You're going to have that finished by the time we talk
