We are continuing our examination of Scriptural verses that are leaned on heavily by Calvinists to defend their doctrinal stance. When John states, "they went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us..." in 1John 2:19, is he describing average individuals that claim to have fellowship with the true church? Or, is there something more that John is intending to communicate in this verse? Those are the questions we seek to address in this episode.
