Sophia North has experienced anxiety and OCD her entire life. In this podcast she tells us her struggle in going to school while facing extreme anxiety and not being able to sleep. She also shares how detrimental verbally abusive relationships are which led her to having to file a restraining order at a very young age. Sophia has been through a lot before even turning 18 including running away and bouncing around different schools.
