In Byron Katie's book "Loving What Is" she outlines a simple yet revolutionary process she calls The Work. The Work is simply four questions that, when applied to a specific problem, enable you to see what is troubling you in an entirely different light.
Listen as I (hopefully) do her justice by sharing my own examples using her methods. Since I started practicing this, I've been able to let go of anger I was holding on to, gain new perspective on other troubling relationships in my life and ultimately be in a better mindset every. single. day.
