What if patriarchy isn't simply a social system... but a psychological wound that lives within all of us?

In this episode, I explore the hidden ways patriarchal conditioning shapes our identities, relationships, sexuality, spirituality, and sense of self. Drawing from my own journey and themes from my memoir When Sex Meets God: A Midlife Unraveling, I discuss why healing isn't about blaming men or women. It's about integrating the parts of ourselves that have been split apart.

I also reflect on a conversation with William Diplock of Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) about men's experience of the patriarchal wound and why compassion for both the feminine and masculine is essential for deeper relationships and genuine transformation.
